Clean room, amazing staff, location is great

The staff are welcoming and kind, the room was today and the bed comfortable. And the hot water was hot ! What more does one need ?

The staff, from the front end desk to the breakfast room staff, was among the friendliest and most helpful people I've ever met at a hotel.

The boiler failed on the last evening but we were offered compensation immediately which was great. Hotel is in a great location and very comfortable

The front desk staff are the most fabulous, wonderful gentlemen in Florence - they made me feel so absolutely welcome. The room is super clean, bright, and had a great view. Location is convenient as well. I truly had the most amazing stay!

One block from the PONTE Vechio, this Pensione is right out of the movies! Beautiful location, the service was impeccable. We are here in November so the weather was perfect for sleeping with the windows open. Highly recommended if you want to be in the heart of beautiful Florence.

Great location! Walk to everything…one block away from the Arno river. very clean, comfortable room and pillows. Wonderful staff! Everyone there was extremely kind, helpful and informative. Sweet little terrace with a lovely water view. Do not hesitate to book this property.

Everything is just a short walk away, from amazing restaurants to all the iconic sights. Everyone at the hotel was so kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had the most beautiful views. I truly can’t thank you all enough for making our stay so special. There’s even a small lift that fits one person, convenient for getting luggage upstairs! I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Florence and will be recommending your hotel to all my friends!

An old building with its issues but overall it was good. The shower did not drain at all, and the elevator is tiny but it worked well. The age of the building adds to its charm.
