Extremely clean room. Perfect location tucked away in a quiet Parisian street. No notes.

3rd stay for us @ Victoria Palace. Away from the tourists spots which makes it always a quiet stay with no noise. Only a 15 min walk to St. Germaine if needed and the rest up to Sacre Cour is also only a 30 min walk. If you’re good on your feed,…”go for it”

The hotel was wonderful and quiet. The room comfortable and welcoming. I could even work out how all the lights worked. A short walk from 2 Metro stations and only 10 minutes from 2 more. The are is great for eating options too. Will look to stay again on return to Paris.

Very nice hotel experience. The staff was very nice and attentive. Fanta was great in the breakfast area. My room was a king room. The bed was very large for the room making the room feel a little small. It was very clean. My room was streetside and the noise from the resturant across the street was somewhat loud but did not keep me up at night. If you are noise sensitive ask for a courtside room. The location is great and easily accessible from gare nord.

The rooms were very modern and clean. The room amenities were great. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was fantastic. Great quality, good variety, delicious. Nina, in charge of breakfast, headed the wonderful staff keeping the room in great shape, replenishing the selections and greeting us daily with a smile.

What a pleasant experience. This felt like what hotels should be about - a beautiful Parisian vibe and impeccable aesthetics, not too big and not too small, good size room and comfy bed.

Return Stay after 4 years! Remains excellent property w superb staff. Sauna is great place to relax, Bar. Convenient to Metro

Check in was quick and easy and my room was ready early which was fantastic! The room was clean and well appointed and very spacious for a city like Paris. The breakfast was great.

Victoria Place is an excellent hotel and I have stayed here several times. The service is great, the rooms are comfortable with nice beds. It is on a quiet street but with 1-2 min from shops and restaurants (and the metro).

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, including with family and for business. It's always been great but this was my least favourite of my stays, unfortunately. We ended up in a very poky room (all the others I'd stayed in were nicer) and it felt like it needed some TLC compared to previous years (fixtures were wobbly, paint peeling away, etc). One of my absolute favourite things about this hotel however, was just how friendly the staff were. They would always welcome us back and even remember little things. This time was completely different, the only communication taking place being the obligatory check-in talk. Shame as we were deliberating on another hotel this time but choose here out of loyalty and past experiences. I do like Victoria Palace very much so I'm hoping they return top their previous standards soon!

Clean room and bed made everyday! We were early to our check in and they had large bathrooms to use so we could change after our 9 hour plane ride. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Hotel and staff were great. During checkout, they surprised us with a 8,45 Euro per person per day additional tax. Overall, good experience. Breakfast was great.

While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel a few years back, I was sorely disappointed in the service and cleanliness. For a hotel that markets itself as a “luxury boutique” hotel, I was shocked to find the staff sitting in a coworking space (designed for guests) adjacent to the entry rather than standing to greet guests in the reception area. There was no concierge and no bell boy to help me with my bags. The hotel’s excuse was that as a 4-star hotel they are not required to have a concierge. This is absurd. I have been to 4-star hotel with Golden Key concierge staff (the highest level of training possible). Needless to say, don’t expect help from the hotel staff to make dinner reservations, print out the train schedule, or help you with your bags. You’re on your own at Victoria Palace. Furthermore, while I like the decor, the cleaning is subpar, as there was mold in my shower and stains on the carpet. This once lustrous hotel has seen better days—and better service!

The accommodations was well appointed, loved the aesthetics overall.
