Great food with wonderful staff and service. Made you feel welcome and very accommodating. I would visit again if ever in or near Venice. Very nice location and wonderful stay.

Great staff and location

They don’t actually have laundry service and the Restaraunt was closed so no food. The bikes they gave us were ancient, falling apart and had no breaks. However, one of the front desk ladies was nice and it’s pretty clean.

Everything was perfect. Rooms were clean. Everyone was friendly , respectful and helpful. If we go back to Venice definitely stay there again.

I had three rooms for my family. The people were helpful and nice. This is avery old and dated hotel. The beds are super hard and uncomfortable, the rooms are very small, rhe showers are tiny and hanndles are falling broken. There was mold in all the bathrooms, the internet did not work, the lights went out all night but the attendants leave at midnight so we could not get them back on until the morning. The hotel is also inconveniently located in the middle of nowhere.

The Satff were ever so helpful and friendly. The place was an old mill so gas a bit if history associated with it which adds to us flavour. It is very clean tidy and the sheets as crisp as an icy winters morning. The setting is delightful and fills you with a sense of calm. Recommend this to anyone who wants to visit the bustling city by day and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside at night. From Venice city to Antico Mulino is a €50 taxi ride organised by the hosts. Really lovely staying here.

The experience was very good, owners were very pleasing, cooperative and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a very reasonable cost. Me and my family really enjoy this place and will strongly recommend.

Nice Italian hotel. Near to Treviso (TSF) Airport. Service very good, in reception spoke in English. Very comfortable sitting in front of the house.

The staff here are amazing. They are all very friendly and as accommodating as they can be. They gave great recommendations and were very pleasant to chat with. The room was awful though. No aircon working, so we had to leave our window open, or sweat to death. Other guests were very noisy, bugs kept coming in the room, and we were still too hot. Only 1 spare plug socket in the whole room. Had to ask for an extension cable to be able to charge our phones. Not spacious, not comfortable beds, no kettle (had to ask for hot water in the mornings to make tea), cramped shower with badly placed controls so you can't move around, toilet sat on an angle. All kinds of stupid issues that made for an overall unpleasant stay. But for the amazing staff, we would have left and found somewhere else after the first night.

I recommend dining at the restaurant. Really good food and a spot where locals eat. Room was spacious, clean, up-to-date and overall ambiance was great.

This restaurant has a restaurant, but failed to post that you need reservations, even as a guest!!! Extremely frustrating to have to drive to another place!!! Furniture outside is gross. Ripped and dirty fabric. Tight bathroom.

The staff was so welcoming. We started our trip in Venice and then we were traveling throughout Europe. We had a lot of questions and the staff was always prepared to answer our questions and provide some suggestions. The hotel was beautiful.

Very clean, well presented and comfortable hotel. the staff are very knowledgeable, speak good English and are helpful. The location is a little bit remote and not at all touristy but it is still a good base to see Venice if you wish to travel by train. There is a waterpark a few minutes drive away which is good for kids. The restaurant is gorgeous and food is good, it does not serve pizza or snacks, it is a quality restaurant and as such, not really for families, although they catered for us sympathetically when we ate there. The wine is very good, again, not cheap! I would recommend especially for couples. Our family room was really pleasant and we had a great stay. The safe in the room was free of charge and there was air conditioning. I would definitely book here again if I was in the area.

An absolute jewel. Beautiful setting, great staff led by Roberto, comfortable room and a gourmet restaurant with a limited but very creative menu .Look forward to going back.
