The breakfast selection was very limited. I had the impression that the room we were given was for second-class guests. The entrance was on the side, in the part where the hotel staff also lived. A bonus was the daily room cleaning and free parking. Finally, an unpleasant surprise, when paying for our stay at the hotel, the receptionist added city tax to the price, something no one had mentioned before.

We had an amazing time. The hotel decor was like stepping into the kings palace. A step back in time. Very beautifully presented with modern facilities. The bathroom was amazing and morning breakfast was even better. Fresh food with all your delicatessen items, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, croissants, freshly squeezed juices and even had a barrister making us cappuccino etc. The accommodation comes with pool access and very close to Bassano Dal Grappa. Afternoon manager even picked us up from the local train station Rossano Veneto. A must visit when you are in the North of Italy just before heading to Venice.

This hotel is old-world in my favourite way. Lavishly decorated in Baroque-period knock-offs and hand-painted antique pieces, it is super comfortable and big! Huge pool and I had it all to myself for an hour before anyone else showed up! Personable front desk staff on 24 hrs, which is not always the case in other hotels. Comfortable beds, pillows, air conditioning, hotel amenities in the bathroom and a large breakfast buffet. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to the AMA Festival annually in Bassana del Grappa! It was only a 15-minute drive!

It has a perfect location next to the bus stop. The service was very cordial and excellent. One of the best hotels I have had the opportunity to stay in Italy.

Nice,helpful and friendly staff even if, with a couple of exceptions, not always up to the task assigned. No access for disable, except an elevator that takes you to the room's floor from the reception which is accessed by 2 steps. Small rooms, without adequate closets and with sheets that don't cover the mattress.

It met our needs

The staff was friendly. Park was on site. This was hotel is good for families. My family of five (2 adults, three small kids) was very comfortable. The kids had their own beds and space. The restaurant in the hotel had good service and great Italian food. I highly recommend this hotel if in the area.

The hotel is older and the rooms are a tad shabby but charming. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The air conditioning is ok but not very good. Overall it was a pretty good experience.

This hotel was completely filled with antiques including numerous intriguing paintings. The staff were outstanding, dinner was extremely reasonable and good, and the room was massive. In the right season an outdoor pool and lounge area seems impressive.

La camera si è presentata molto sporca e anche senza adeguata coperta vista la stagione fredda. La colazione era molto povera e i prodotti di bassa qualità, sia le uova strapazzate, il baconvirgola la frittata e i salumi erano di un cattivo aspetto e gusto. Abbiamo ordinato anche dei cornetti che nonostante fossero le otto del mattino i cornetti sembravano molto vecchi e forse del giorno prima, si presentavano molto duri e con scarso ripieno. Da premettere che non abbiamo davvero mangiato nulla e soprattutto nonostante avessimo per due giorni la colazione il secondo giorno non siamo scesi neanche per fare colazione visto il livello di prodotti punto assolutamente location da sconsigliare.

Ideale se hai poche esigenze e ti interessa la tariffa.

Hotel veramente molto bello e di gran lusso. Personale gentilissimo e a disposizione per tutte le esigenze. Il buffet della colazione può essere migliorato aggiungendo qualche dolcezza in più. Consigliatissimo

A parte il qui pro quo in reception, comunque risolta in tempi brevi, il soggiorno è stato piacevole. L'albergo soffre un pochino l'età, ma tutto sommato, è mantenuto ancora molto bene.

Trop de bruit et hébergement vieux et pas entretenue dommage

Insoddisfatta, camera piccola e bagno con doccia 60/60…senza saliscendi … decisamente molto scomoda! Colazione inesistente… cappuccino micro e brioches del giorno prima Solo questo per colazione e nessuna scelta!
