Room was cleaned and spacious. The a/c can't be set by you. You have to ask them to change the temperature for the room or it gets very hot.

Great location in the city centre and excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and quick to deal with any issues. I stayed in a single room, which was compact but met everything I needed. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of a power socket near the desk in my room, so it was a bit awkward to charge my laptop.

Great location and very clean and front staff super helpful. The water pressure is beyond good, it was so strong I couldn’t face the shower. The walls were thin. I couldn’t hear the office staff on the phone as they were next door. The pillows were weird. Long and thin. The lobby has a small place to eat. It’s more fun to just step outside. They didn’t have converters or earlier check in. I would recommend this for lower frills budget at last minute.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. My external room offered a lovely Juliette balcony and a nice European view. Fabulous location.

Si quieres algo económico y centrico pues esta normal… pero proxima vez pago por algo mejor… El baño necesita reparaciones, el aire no lo puedes controlar solamente ellos..

I loved the bright spacious and beautiful rooms here. My room was a double and had two lovely balconies overlooking the street. The ceilings were vaulted, and there were nice amenities like desks, closets, hangers, and a safe. I always miss having a coffee maker in my room, but there was a lovely breakfast that included coffee, fruit, and a nice assortment of breads, meats, and cheeses. The location is fantastic! I could walk to the Prado and the train station- and all the beautiful plazas.

Excellent staff very helpful whenever I asked questions about how to get around the city. I had a single room very clean and they clean the rooms everyday. Muchas gracias por todo al staff de San Lorenzo.

Great easy check in, fortunate room was ready for us at 13:00 as was expecting to leave bags and check in later. Spacious room, we had a city view triple which was clean, functional and located just one block off to Gran Vin. Would definitely stay here again for location and low cost of room.
