extremely well situated. however small room with air conditioning unit not working properly and sink was clogged.

Comfortable room with excellent and accommodating staff. No coffee in the room but 24 hour coffee in the lobby with crossiants.

Located close to a Metro station and many good bars and restaurants. Off the Main Street so it’s not very noisy. Elevator is tiny but spiral staircase works well. An excellent value for its location!

The room was ok- but the bathroom was way too small- it's not good when you have to almost do acrobatics to get into the shower! The lift was also tiny, had a gap in the internal doors which could trap fingers between floors and tended to bounce on downward journeys. The staff were great on arrival and departure and the kitchen area was good- but it was not really the room that we booked- that shower entry/exit will stay with me for a long time- don't take a 7th floor room!

I loved this hotel because of how nice the room was. The bed was great for 2 people or maybe a small child and 2 adults, with great staff and cheap and good breakfast buffet. Had a spacious closet but a little bit small of a bathroom. The air conditioner was amazing because we had just left a hotel that was terrible and this really made our day. They had free water juice or coffee even if you didn’t want to buy the breakfast buffet. Overall, you should go to this hote and it won’t break the bank.

We paid for the convenience and being in the city center, but boy was this room small would’ve been fine for a single but a queen size bed took up 90% of the room. The bathroom was extremely tiny and the carpets could’ve used a good cleaning prior to our arrival. The staff was amazing each one of the front desk personnel were extremely accommodating and friendly even to us Americans.;) no real amenities, other than its location, small area for breakfast a two person lift and a spiral staircase for the five floors of this hotel.

Room is pretty small. Barely can open big suitcase. Location is good. Neighborhood pretty quiet. Staff are friendly.

Location parfaite, petit déjeuner excellent, personnel attentif, par contre la chambre laissait à désirer, vieux tapis dans escalier vers chambre et dans la chambre, chambre pas pareille que la photo descriptive du site hôtel.com, pas de chaises, aucune vue extérieure, même pas le ciel, dispendieux pour la qualité de chambre, aucun meuble, juste le lit. Salle de bain rénovée.

The property was okay overall. There were stains on the walls (not a big deal). However, the bathroom was ridiculously small. I could stretch my arms from one side to the other, and that is the full length of the bathroom. I couldn’t get dressed in there. I had to pretty much leave the door cracked just to brush my teeth at the sink because I could not lean over without my butt pushing against the door. The width of the bathroom is the length of 1 stretches arm. I felt like a contortionist trying to get in the shower. It was super small, and it leaked. From the pictures, the bathroom looked like a decent size. That was totally misleading.

If i could do my trip all over again I would have chosen a better hotel for my family. This is listed as a family hotel but I feel its more of a couple or single trip hotel. It is very close to everything and very walkable and we felt safe while walking to and from our hotel. They have a lot of restaurant options around as well as close to the Opera which was very nice. Lets get to the actual HOTEL. It is very very small. The elevator is literally for one person and maybe one bag the steps were what we took mostly. The entrance to the rooms is basically triangle with three doors and the elevator door so it is very little to try and get into your room. The room itself could be better. there are no options for dinks at this hotel except if you want to use a glass coffee mug and bring water to your room...wish the room and price option that we had came with water. there is one trashcan for the entire room that is so small you put one piece of trash in there and its filled. the air conditioner was terrible and never cooled off the room and we resorted to sleeping with the bathroom window open just to get the cool air. The hotel was in the middle of a name change as well why we were there so hopefully it upgrades a lot of its things. The staff was absolutely wonderful and we were give new towels daily as well as getting our rooms made but it seems they would turn off the air as they left and we would come back to a stuffy room. I think there are better options for the price point

Loved the Latin Quarter.

This is total different from the pictures. Hotels got only 6 floors and each floor has 3 rooms. It is totally different from the pictures. The carpet is supper dirty I think due to renovation. The toilet and the bathroom is super small. If you are an average American, this hotel is not for you. There is even an homeless person camping right in front of the hotel. Very small dirty and unfriendly staff. I wish I would have pick a different hotel and pay a little extra

The hotel is going through a renovation and it's not listed on their site at all. The carpets were filthy. Paint all over the rugs in the hallways and in the rooms. Smelled like paint. The rooms look nothing like the pictures at all. It looked like a totally different hotel - a bit surprised about that.
