Everything was great!

I’d give six stars if I could! It was so hard to choose a hotel in Paris but I’m SO glad we chose this one. After a long day of travel in extreme heat, the hotel was a much needed respite with clean fluffy linens, air conditioning and a king size bed. Everything in the room was clean and new looking including the carpet. Staff were unassuming and helpful, and breakfast was absolutely wonderful. The Isle itself is a really chill place to stay and very peaceful compared to the tourist spots that surround it. We didn’t try the sauna because it was super hot outside. I would 100% stay here again next time we are in Paris.

Room was not as expected. A flight of stairs in the room were very inconvenient. The location was excellent.

Birthday celebration (big birthday) trip with my twin...and a cousin joined from Germany...we had adjoining rooms with a view of the neighborhood street......LOVED the central location, the proximity to Notre Dame and everything we wanted to enjoy, the super convenient airport transfer to and from the hotel, the cheese shop across the street, the comfortable clean rooms, the charming breakfast and service by Moses, all the charming helpful reception personnel..day and night, the wonderful end of the day tea and cake by the fireplace where we could sit and unwind and relax after a long day ..intimate setting....not a big unpersonal hotel...PERFECT for our celebration weekend....a birthday to remember! a safe and charming place to stay....I would love to stay here again! Thank you everyone who supported our stay and made it so wonderful!!!!

Very charming and clean. A very friendly staff and they had delicious baked treats out for everyone each night for free! Felt like staying in our own apartment and was very close to everything we wanted to do.

Very happy with room and staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Bed was vey comfortable, and room quiet. Would stay there again.

Lovely little hotel conveniently located on the Ile St Louis. Staff is great. While rooms are typically Parisian small, they are well equipped and provide a perfect base to explore the delights of Paris.

Wonderful location with a very good restaurant next door. Aux Anysetiers du Roy restaurant next door. The Cassoulet is my favorite.

A fabulous place to stay. Quiet and in a perfect location just a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 15 minute bike ride to the center of Paris. The team that worked there did a great job and delivered great service and standards, the place was spot on. Thankyou

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. Room and bathroom were larger than expected for Paris and the satff were all friendly. Loved the location and the besutiful sitting area in the lobby.

Bed very comfortable, room super small could not begin to unpack, we were on top of each other. Staff super friendly and helpful. Wonderful area with everything in walking distance. Misleading advertising on "laundry facilities". None. Only laundry "service" available. Paid over €100 for small paper bag of items to be washed-not dry cleaned.

The attention to detail in the finishes and the design were so cute, the placement of wallpaper, the gold treads on the carpeting in the stairwell, the mixing of patterns and textures, the lighting in the rooms, next to the beds and the fixtures so thoughtful and well placed, a tiny nail in the molding of the room to connect the curtain by its ring to keep it in place... The housekeeping was wonderful always preparing our rooms with fresh water, fresh towels that were big and white and new and fluffy, turn down service, and anything we needed the front desk would send right up. We adored this property and would love to return.

Loved the location of the hotel. Walkable and close to anything we might need.
