Great stay! Central location in St Germaine walkable to the majority of the city. The spa is a nice way to unwind at the end of day. Staff are incredible!

The stay was fine. Location was excellent. There is no concierge and staff (one in particular) appeared unfamiliar with how to get around. Instructions when asked were vague and unhelpful. We also found it a bit noisy at night and early morning. We would however stay again and ask for different rooms.

It was an excellent stay albeit a short one. The staff were amazing, especially Natasha and the young man who worked the front desk at night. They went above and beyond helping us with anything we needed. Thank you!

Wonderful hotel!

Clean and spacious room but really not worth the price paid!! One of the receptionist needs to change her job, she did not open her mouth! Hospitality 0. Cant keep 4 towels at all time for 2 PAX, only 2, so they stay wet… Not sure Ill come back.

The room was so cute and well appointed. The bathroom was lovely with a large bathtub, Nice tile and top of the line fixtures. Plenty of nice amenities. Loved the Nespresso bar nestled in the closet.

Great staff clean rooms. Very good location. If you’re looking for a lot of your local food products and shopping. But definitely wouldrecommend this hotel.

Nice hotel. Unfortunately we had some mis haps with availability for room bottled water and morning coffee but after the second notification of the problem it was easily resolved. Shout out to the morning and midday front desk. Easy walk to metro and Le Bon Marche. Very important when you are an avid shopper. Thanks to the staff!

The room was very clean, and the staff were helpful, courteous and pleasant. The metro was a five minute walk away. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Paris.

The room was a great size and clean and attractive

Staff were all lovely, really helpful and welcoming. We were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary and they decorated the bed with flower petals and a heart- shaped helium balloon, and left a sweet message. Breakfast was very good, with each day a lityle surprise cooked element - toasted sandwich, little vegetable tartlet - as well as the usual cold options with lovely fresh bread and pastries. Well placed for cafes, shops and easy walk to the metro.

You cannot get a junior suite that is quiet. End of story. Second story on the street is the only availability. No one told us that. So loud the restaurant across the street was getting deliveries all hours, yelling all hours etc. We sent multiple emails requesting quiet room. They answered all taken care of. Also, booked two massages a month ahead, an hour before they canceled. First five nights of vacay we spent a lot of time researching and were disappointed. We let them know about the noise, they offered no solution.

We had a wonderful stay, the hotel was perfectly located, staff very helpful, efficient a friendly. The beds were a little too firm for me personally. The breakfasts had a lovely range of pastries although would have loved fresh bacon as an option. It would also be great if you could have a hot coffee with milk in your room to start your mornings, the only available option is black cafe lukewarm. Having said all the above I would happily stay there again when I go back to Paris.
