Safe , affordable and practical property

A great small hotel in an unbeatable location 2 blocks from the Arc de Triumph! The room was very clean and loved the interior design with the headboard made to look like a suitcase with a luggage tag.

Spa is everything!

Staff on arrival were extremely inviting and friendly. They accommodated the storage of our luggage until our room was was ready. Beds were comfortable and the stay was extremely pleasant.

Excellent location if you want to be in the biggest tourist areas. Main lobby and rooms are decorated well. Spa is pretty awful- changing room is basically a store room. Very loud club at night so didn’t sleep at all. The rooms are also very small so we did have to upgrade our room.

I chose Hotel Hiro based on two items: 1) within walking distance of one of my husbands favourite restaurant in Paris and 2) the reviews. Was extremely impressed with this boutique, eclectic hotel and service. Michael, Front Desk Mangaer, was pleasant and helpful from start to finish. Breakfast was exceptional with made to order omelets and fantastic pasteries. Our room was snug and very comfortable; loved the starlight twinkling on the ceiling. We would love to stay there again and hope we would be able to! Highly recommend

It was a great stay we arrived at 3 on a Thursday and left early Monday morning, good location close to the metro and a quiet street. Staff was nice, rooms were small but your aware when booking, the utilities like shower and bathroom were spacious and felt luxurious feeling. We had a small window made it feel bigger. Bed was comfortable but smaller. Front desk ordered a taxi for us on the return route to the airport

Nothing positive to say about this hotel about from the décor. The hotel staff are very rude and unhelpful, wouldn't even call us a taxi when we asked. There were mice running around the Reception and Buffet Area. We were charged $35 euros after checking out without our permission or acknowledgment, have been trying to get hold of the hotel since to question what the payment is for and get a refund but have had no luck what so ever. Rooms are tiny, but expected in Paris. Walls were paper thin as all we heard until early hours of the morning was banging and crashing, may as well of slept on the streets, probably would of been quieter. Wont stay here again.

Went in November and the biggest issue was the temperature in the rooms. Air conditioning is listed in the description but they will not have air conditioning on in the rooms in the colder weather. They will have the heater on 24-26 degree Celsius and you cannot change it. Couldn’t open a window to get air from outside because the window was internal facing the hotel cafe. Woke up in a pool of sweat everyday and had to go outside to cool down. Listed as “soundproof rooms” but you can hear every movement and conversation outside your room. Room is nicely decorated and the bathroom is decent size for small hotel, but overall the temperature and sounds outside the room made this a not good experience for my stay.

It was so much better than what I expected from the photos. Definitely loved it the room the staff the facilities. Best stay ever!

Great hotel in a very good location, very close to metro & Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees are walking distance. Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly.
