Overall, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The reception staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming from the moment we arrived. I had requested separate beds before arrival, but this was dismissed rudely. We also asked about a room upgrade, which was immediately refused, despite another staff member later confirming that rooms were available. The staff were passive-aggressive, unhelpful, and did not provide any information about the hotel amenities or what was included with our stay. Overall, the customer service was very poor and left a negative impression.Aircon was not working the whole time of our stay in our room

They say they have air con and technically do, but it trickles out and doesn't turn that cold. I was there during the 35c heatwave and mummy rum wouldn't go below 23.5c which for me was not good. Walls were also thin and could hear nearby guests. However the breakfast was good. Hotel is in a good location. I would consider straight there again in cooler weather but not for me than s couple of nights

Excelente hotel, para una o un par de noches. Excelente recibimiento y atenciones en general. Menú del desayuno fue excepcional. Lo recomiendo.

La propiedad está bien , el barrio según los taxistas está en los límites del rabal y puede ser un poco peligroso pero está bien situada , los chicos de la recepción muy amables y serviciales , en general me gustó , estaba todo limpio

Room was spacious and clean ( I got an upgrade) but noisy ( other doors banging and water running. Good location, good variety at breakfast

Great location, basic hotel with everything needed for a city stay. The family room was tiny and the sofa bed was very squeaky and creaky. Breakfast was good, not amazing! Shower was very good and everything was clean.

The hotel rooms are small. For 3 guests, the 3rd bed is a sofa bed that takes up a lot of space. The window faced a brick wall, which resulted in lack of natural light or view. The shower had no place to put your shampoo or soap products. The lighting was terrible, you had to play with the switches to figure out which light would turn on. Someone tried to open out door from the hallway. We requested a room with a better view (atleast the street) but they said they didn’t have any. And they only had 2 rooms in the entire hotel for 4 guests. It was a terrible experience since it felt depressing in that room

Great Location but room is too dirty. too much dust on every furniture and trash in sofa bed as well.

Small cozy apartment for staying in Barcelona . Location is great and metro is just 2 minutes from hotel .walking distance and close to all shops and main attractions and all in walking distance .staff are great and responsive and there is 24 hours reception and security in hotel Having a small kettle or coffee maker in room will be a great plus . Also if they could serve breakfast earlier than 7 am would be great ,like 6:30.or having something small buffet to grab and go early morning like coffee and some small sweets ….for people leaving the hotel early. I need my coffee in the morning before leaving hotel .we are traveling and leaving hotel early and coming back late . But overall this is a nice place to stay
