Very clean hotel with friendly staff

Endroit charmant bien situé à quelques minutes du métro. Chambre neuve et moderne avec ascenseur dans l’édifice un donnant sur la rue. Dimension des chambres petite mais c’est la dimension courante dans les quartiers centraux parisiens.

We expected more.

The hotel was convenient and close to 2 metro lines. And walkable to pretty much everywhere. I felt safe walking at night. The hotel was very clean and the staff very kind. I had a. Issue with my shower half way through my stay and they moved me out and moved me to another room by the next morning. I have no complaints about my stay.

Nice charming small hotel in the heart of Le Marais. Everything was perfect.

The property was clean, well run and in a great location (subway station about 1 block away), with numerous restaurants and cafes. The decorations are classic modern and the property looks newly renovated. The room was comfortable as was the king-sized bed. The proprietor was very friendly and was willing to offer her assistance when we needed it.

When we arrived we waited over 15 minutes outside as no one was as the reception and there was no way to get in. Luckily it was not raining but it was a bit stressful

Property is on a quiet street and has a nice mix of modern and classical style. Everything worked. Staff were helpful. Near a subway station. My only preference would be room doors that don’t make a noise upon closing.

Very clean and helpful friendly front desk. We didnt get the breakfast because of our schedule but looked very good for a hotel breakfast

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Beds were comfortable. Shower was lovely and hot. Room was ready when we checked in a little early. Only thing to mention is that this hotel isn't snt non smoking as advertised. My room was in the courtyard and guests do smoke there. However they were very polite and did move away from my door when i asked. All in all, I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

Disappointing that I didn’t receive the bottle of wine from the VIP service it said I got . Tried to explain but didn’t understand . Wasn’t told about any of the facilities , no bar or breakfast offer explains . Red mark on sheets . No usb port . Disappointing, however in a good location

This was a lovely little hotel - very clean and quiet and the bed was comfy.

This is a cute hotel. The room was a decent size but def on the smaller side. My two major complaints were that they don’t have kettles in the rooms which meant every morning I had to leave my room before I wanted to to get some hot water and tea. They also have no system to let them know you DON’T want your room serviced. I had to remind them every day and one day I forgot and when they cleaned, they threw away items that I was using and saving. I was very upset! Cute place in a great location but I wouldn’t stay there again. All the staff were nice except one gentleman but I only saw him one day during my four day stay

Very cute hotel in a great location in Paris. However, I would not stay here again b/c the owner / front desk person is extremely, extremely rude.
