The room very small. The elevator can hold only two persons. They have breakfat options. Very difficult to take the baggages up and down.

Rooms were nice and clean, staff were friendly and helpful

This hotel is underrated in my opinion. I came a couple hours early hoping to just leave my suitcase so I could walk around. Check-in desk was manned by Vilder who said no problem leaving my suit case. Then he checked with housekeeping who said my room was actually ready so Vilder signed me in. An excellent welcoming host with good English and very professional. Room was as in the pics and was very clean. Everything worked. Good hot water in the shower. Good free WIFi. There was some noise from neighbours but not bad enough to affect my stay. Really good location with many restaurants around. I did not have the breakfast. I would definitely use this hotel again.

This hotel is clean and safe! The staff demeanor is very professional. The only challange is space. It is small and the check-in area is on the second floor. Otherwise I recommend this hotel.

Worst hotel ever! Stay away! They gave us a room with not working AC without warning even though they knew it’s not working.

Lift is very small, rooms extremely small, toilet is minuscule. I feel this hotel is for hobbits

Stated air conditioning and soundproof walls, not true and now electrical power for 2 evenings till morning

The entrance is on the first floor, not on the base floor, the elevator is quite small, but there are not that many floors. It was comfortable. Worth noting that the water heater needs time to warm up, I had to ask about it.

I got many bug bites while there. At first I didn’t think anything of it but the last day before I peft I woke up with a bunch of bites. I’m pretty sure it was bed bugs.

Poor value for money. Vastly overpriced for almost no facilities beyond the room. Tired hotel, evident lack of investment. Poor mantenance (light not fixed in main stair well presenting a genuine fall hazard not replaced despite having raised the issue. Friendly staff but what the point of being nice of the whole experience is of a round down low investment offer. Having to pay a damage deposit on arrival says it all. You are not a guest, more an operational liability.

There were a lot of broken things. There was no hot water and the air conditioning in one room flooded our belongings and the other room had a buzz noise every minute keeping us awake all night. We told the staff but it wasn’t fixed.

So incredibly small, the pictures show rooms 3x’s the size

Considering the 17th arrondissement - which in my personal opinion can be consider as one of the best neighbourhood in Paris. The hotel is clean, and the staff is very welcoming. Consigliato!
