Unfortunately, this hotel was a major letdown. The room was very small and smelled heavily of chemical cleaners, which gave me a headache all night. Couldn’t open the windows at night because it was extremely loud outside. The room was old and small. Barely any room to get around. There was mold in the bathroom and on the wall under the window. Would not stay again.

We didn’t need parking. The room size was too small.

The room was tidy but very small for the price the bed cover had a rip in it the rooms weren’t quite at all could hear everything happening in the hotel and not to mention the drilling at 8am on a Monday morning when I’m supposed to be on holiday

The reception should be better, Front desk employees really rude.

Clean, kind and generous staff and good location.

The staff didn’t seem to understand why I was there. The vacant expressions and bewilderment wasn’t reassuring. All parts of the hotel are small and cramped. It’s extremely noisy all the time with banging doors and creaky stairs. The window in my shower had mould and the toilet stank with blocked pipes.

Slow staff, tiny room, and very cold

we reserved 1 room for 3 people and there was only one blanket for 2 beds and not enough sheets. I have to go and asked for more. And on the next day when we came back to the hotel, cleaning staffs took all the towels, and they only left one hand towel for us to use. And took the shhets as well.

The room and service were okay, but the price of breakfast is outrageous compared to what you get at the buffet, it's the same every day, boring.

Room 003, had mold in several spots in rhe bathroom. The hair dryer didnt work. The little terrace concert bricks where caving in. Nice hotel be needs some up grades.

The shower water was super cold, no instructions as where to turn temperature up.

O quarto tem bastante espaço, a cama é muito confortável. A recepção do hotel é muito cordial, me ajudou em tudo que precisava.
