Good location, nice staff

Everything was close by, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.Very nicely located by the waterfront.

Nice hotel but very small rooms. Great location for walking around and many restaurants nearby. Good private parking too.

Well located - walkable to from the train station and pretty much to all attractions in the city. In any event, very near a tram stop. Breakfast was excellent and staff very pleasant and helpful.

Great location and lovely staff; the building was showing its age as the bathroom had a sewage smell for a day.

The reception was very friendly and helpful. The room (with terrace) was spacious and neat. Breakfast was good. The hotel has a small parking garage so make sure to reserve this in advance, otherwise there is open air public parking just across the road.

Anniversary treat, lovely room 19 with a nice semi private terrace, comfy bed, good shower, tiny toilet space, coffee machine which we used to make tea( borrowed some cups) Fab location very eady walk to everywhere

Excellent location close to transportation and old city with welcoming staff and quiet rooms.

The rooms are extremely stylishly decorated, with great air con and excellent use of space in the bathrooms, etc. The bed is very comfy and the staff were excellent both at check in, and when we had to arrange an airport taxi early in the morning. Great location for Nantes' old town, with its wonderful range of bars and restaurants. Would definitely come back

What a wonderful hotel. It was clean and pretty, in a gorgeous location. I had a great view of the chateau. The people at the reception desk were so nice as well. It was also very nice to have air conditioning!

Excellent value for money. Perfect location Independent and stylish Very warm welcome Good breakfast If I were to offer one small suggestion, it would be to have some background music in breakfast area as it was sort of quietness that stifled peoples ability to talk to each other. It be blunt it was like sitting in a library

Cheerful room with a chateau view. Small and basic but nicely arranged. Great price for super walking location to everything.
