Generally, a comfortable hotel in which to stay. Staff were mostly cheerfull and very helpful, but there were areas which could be improved. Whilst some of the towels and bed linen were doubtless quite new, some were in need of replacement. e.g. towels that were wearing thin and were no longer fluffy, or sheets that had lost their bright white appearance.
Whilst the provision of a tea tray was appreciated, it is not always provided in European hotels, it was not routinely replenished without having to request it. One of the rooms we booked and also the indoor area in the vicinity of the pool was prone to the occasional drain smell.
The real benefit for this hotel is its location just accross the road from the beach, with bus stops close by. We went into Palma for a €2 bus fare each way.
