Great hotel and the view from the room is fantastic!

Comfortable, perfect location. Fabulous view from room balcony

The hotel was in a fabulous location in Le vieux port. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Our room was of a reasonable size with a great view over the port.

The location is fantastic and you can see beautiful the port from the room balcony perfectly,if you take a port-side room.

It was a pleasant surprise to find this hotel . We had a front facing balcony room and view was amazing . Good looking room. Very happy choice

Beautiful hotel, great ambiance

Fantastic stay. Great location right on the old port. Beautiful balcony views across the port and up toward the Notre Dame de la Garde. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Family room was perfect for us. Very spacious. Can’t speak more highly of this property and can’t wait to have an excuse to return!

Great location and spectacular view of the Vieux Port. The restaurant downstairs is nice too. My preferred location in Marseille.

Good view of harbor, nice and friendly staff

This hotel is so perfectly located in the Vieux Port right on the main road with nothing to obstruct your beautiful view in a sea view room. It’s on the quieter side of the u-shaped port; lots of restaurants all around the u but the noisier, late night bars are across the way on the opposite side of the u. You can even see the Notre Dame de la Garde church from the sea view room. The junior suite is quite spacious with a large sitting area and a huge bathroom with a separate toilet area, double sinks, a massive soaker tub, a separate shower stall, and a heated towel rack. The decor is bright and sort of mid century modern. The staff is fantastic as well. We would not hesitate to choose this hotel again.

Exquisite hotel with impeccable service. Loved it.

Wonderful staff, welcomed upon arrival, directed to parking, room was lovely with a beautiful view. Staff on all shifts were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Rooms are normal-small, but well appointed, clean and modern. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great position beside the old port.We had a balcony overlooking the port with fabulous views. Intend to return and would stay at The Residences on our return. All good.

Excellent location and fabulous view from the balcony. Despite being at the port, the room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable so I slept really well. Breakfast was very good (15 Euros a day as I didn’t book in advance). On the downside, the room wasn’t well cleaned/hoovered. They left a note saying they would only change bedsheets on request. I think this is scrimping. They would say it was to be eco-friendly but they weren’t eco-friendly with the rubbish - there was no dividers in the bin so all the rubbish was together. Room nice but at the end of the day you are paying for the view and location.
