Excellent location in the middle of everything, and great staff. The "groto" pool at the end of the day was an added treat.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and the amenities provided were completely adequate. Only reason for 4 of 5 stars is that the pool was very cold for the season. I was hoping the whirlpool would be warm, but it was the same temperature as the pool, which was barely above room temp. Many people were surprised by the pool temperature and couldn’t stay in long.

Lovely spacious room (we upgraded to a superior double) Big, spotlessly clean bathroom. Lovely breakfast. Great area. Central to lots of restaurants and shopping all within walking distance.

Good breakfast choices. Rooms were very warm. Turned off rad but no remote for ac. Many uneven landings to upper floors. Good location on river.

Wonderful hotel on a lovely street parallel to the river. Everything about the hotel was perfect. The location is great for walking, dining, shopping, bus connections, walk to Vieux Lyon. I highly recommended this hotel.

The staff was friendly and very helpful, the room appropriate in size for a single and the location was excellent. I recommend the Grand Hotel des Terraux!
