Check in was with the sister hotel across the road. My main gripe was that the bathroom door wouldn't shut, due to the carpet/tile connector thing. It would never have shut. Goodness knows why this isnt a known problem. The reason for shuttingbthe door was to keep the street noise out.

The hotel was in a nice place close to everything a lot of shops and restaurants and coffee shops is in the city center about 10 minutes away from the beach. The breakfast was good a lot of things to eat and fresh orange juice and a lot of cakes and coffee.

Theres NO bar/restaurant onsite,as advertised. Theres a bar next doir that closes from 4pm to 8pm,and the staff are not very friendly, like its an effort for them to do their job. Disappointing overall.

This hotel vastly exceeded my expectations: my room was huge and recently renovated. The hotel is right downtown, so it is a short walk to everything--and yet I had no issues with noise. The one minor snag was that my room was located in the building across the street from main reception, and I had to return to the front desk to get them to show me where exactly my room was. But once they showed me, I had no more issues.

Great staff. Basic small room with fridge provided but no kettle. Centre of town so fantastic position. Tv 5 English channels. Great for shopping eating beach 15 minutes walk. Would come back to this hotel and city.

Nice comfortable , clean hotel at a sensible price. Staff really helpful, near attractions, bars and restaurants. Even some UK TV channels. Perfect base for sightseeing or business. Would highly recommend. Breakfast lovely, have as much as you want

Centrally located, there seem to be several properties under Torreluz name and the check-in seems administered at Nuevo Torreluz hotel. Due to works at Torreluz Centro I was put into Nuevo Torreluz which has 1 more star - so no complaints about my stay, but perhaps of little use to others.

The address on the booking is not correct as under that address the hitel undergoes renovation and was shut. I was scared i was being scammed so went amd asked the nearest hotel at the squere and turned iut it was tge hotel. Staff was friendly and bed really big and comfirtable. Pressure in the shower was weak and breakfast could be much better.

Nice hotel with amenities like gym and spa. The parking is charged separately so if you have a car, consider this expense in the final price.

Needs a good upgrade of furniture and linens. Tired decor but clean. Pretty basic but cheap. Returned for another night and second bedroom was better and the tv got all channels this time. Good hot showers. Good for overnight stay but not long term
