Good breakfast choice only had bed and breakfast would probably go all inclusive if i returned although i didnt find the drink prices expensive Nice pool area that was lovely temperature they are building another block to the hotel so there was building near pool area with cranes but it didnt really impact on my stay i requested a low floor by email before i arrived and was on first floor which was ideal as the lifts are a pain The area the hotel is in is ideal away from the strip so quieter and 2 mins to beach and a bus stop right near hotel which is ideal I would stay at the hotel again if the price was good Reception staff where friendly and helpful other staff were friendly apart from a couple at the pool bar More air con in public areas would be a plus

Great service all round and breakfast was incredible You have to visit the Terrasse Roof top bar - Andreea and Yasmin were fantastic hosts

Superb property with very friendly staff. (Especially Sergio) Wide selection of food choices, outdoor bar & pool clean.

Brilliant location, just 2mins from the beach. Lots of bars and restaurant nearby. Hotel is quiet new , rooms were very spacious.

The Hotel was clean & modern with stunning views. The roof terrace at night offered amazing vibe with music, tasty cocktails, snacks & insane views across the whole of Benidorm at sunset. Breakfast was great, food was quality. I would happily stay there again.

Propertie was clean only problem i had was i went for 3 days thinking i was all inclusive to get there and thay said its only 5 days thay do inclusive i couldn't even upgrade for the 3 days so worked out expensive

Good stay at Port Benidorm. Nice room but the bathroom door didn't close properly. Good, effective AC in room. Had a sea view room between the 3 of us. Good quality breakfast included in our rate. Plenty of options. Nice pool area- not too busy for this time of year. Would stay again if in this part of Spain. Very close to all Benidorm attractions, beach and hotspots. Fitness room not the best as half the equipment missing for the multi gym but sufficed for what we needed it for.

Ok, so please bear with me as I rarely post negative reviews of anywhere or anything, and I’m not someone who’s picky and always complains. However, this was supposed to be a break for my wife and I to relax and recharge the batteries. What is was, was a complete disaster. We arrive after a late night flight, and headed straight to bed around 2:30am. At 7:30am we were awoke by the sound of a kango that felt like it was next door (it was). First picture is the view from our room. I went down to reception, and asked to be moved, offered to pay for any upgrade of room type ( sea view etc) as this wasn’t going to be suitable for us. This is where my real issue with the Hotel and its staff is. I was met with both a rude and arrogance I’ve not encountered before from hotel staff (I travel a lot for work). There was apparently no available rooms. I wasn’t surprised as I suspected I wasn’t the only one complaining. I was told to call down the following morning before breakfast to check if any availability opened up. Repeat this for the next two mornings. Finally my patience snapped and I contacted Hotels.com. They tried to assist, to get a room change. No success. By then if was Thursday and the only Hotels we could relocate to were either eye wateringly expensive or not very nice. Sorry for the long post, but I want to warn anyone thinking of booking this hotel to be aware, as there was nowhere on any site that mentioned the construction.

Everything was excellent apart for 2 major problems firstly building work going on and the noise .secondly the lifts they are a joke the system does not work
