Everything was as expected EXCEPT the parking lot was full so parking was not actually available near the property. (15 min walk away). If visiting again I would reserve a parking spot. This was a last minute selection and overall i was happy with it. It was clean and the employees were helpful and polite.

Amazing location. Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable and cleaned daily. Breakfast was basic but enough to get you going for the day. We had a fabulous stay.

Fantastic views and service. It started raining one afternoon and the staff kindly offered umbrellas for multiple groups of guests that were going out. It was a great stay.

No a/c in room we spoke with front desk and they said that they have problems with the AC and give us a portable fan. The night was hot.

The hotel exceeded expectations. The view from the door of the hotel is worth staying there. The very comfortable beds and crisp sheets and quiet room and fantastic breakfast buffet are really awesome bonuses.

Location!! A few steps from the Cathedral

Perfect position for exploring the town right opposite the cathedral. Hotel is fine but over night is was really noisy with shouting in the square opposite most of the night. Also if you use the hotel garage be aware the if you have a low fronted sports car coming out you will ground the front of your car ! The is no alternative to damage. Going in is fine. My car was a Porsche Cayman and the other an Aston Martin.

Great location with a great view of the Burgos Cathedral. Right on the Camino Frances. A great place to rest with a little extra comfort along The Way.

Pleasant helpful staff, comfy bed, bathroom with tub/ shower combo. Great location for dining options.
