Clean room and breakfast was excellent

Good location on the Camino, but the staff at reception were unhelpful and unpleasant . Tip for anyone walking the Camino and arriving around 3.00pm - this is shift change time so extremely difficult to get checked in.

Location is the best.

Need to improve the hotels wifi

The hotel is perfectly located in front of the cathedral. Views are remarkable. The hotel has 2 buildings, the one where the reception is located can't be reached by someone with disabilities, no ramp, no lift, nothing. The 2nd building is accessible. Breakfast is served on the non-accessible building, no room service is provided. The restaurant is permanently closed. The garage has two electric doors, opened by the receptionist reached by an intercom. The problem with this method is that when you try to exit you literally have to search everywhere to find the buttons that opens the doors (independently) because it is poorly signposted. We found a group of tourists literally trapped between the two doors not knowing how to exit. When we checked-in the receptionist was very courteous but was apparently overwhelmed by gests and phone calls because it took us more than 30 minutes to get our keys. The room was spacious, well kept, decorated accordingly and clean.

Exceptional stay!

We had a room overlooking Cathedral. Excellent. Loved the location. Large room and bathroom. Beds good. Shower good. Was a great space for 2 nights. Would stay again.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Oddly the "free" coffee was free one day and then 15 Euros the next. Lots and lots and lots of stairs.

Parking was good, not to impressed with breakfast. All the receptionist were very helpful. Carmen and Karen in the front office help me tremendously I had a little accident and they send me to the hospital give all the instructions and guided me. Very thankful to them. Muchas gracias. Great location. a guy guy in the front desk fell me with accommodations to buy train tickets.

Everything was fine except A/C in the room did not work. Bed comfortable, breakfast good, location excellent.

Amazing view from the room

Pilgrim on Camino Santiago. Cathedral and everything within easy walking distance. Carmen, the receptionist, was particularly helpful and welcoming. Wr would stay there again.

Great location. Push open the wood window, the cathedral towers are right in front of you! The staff is nice and helpful. I did not need to use the hotel parking since it is not hard to find street parking which is only 3 minutes walk.

Muy buen desayuno

We stayed with our 2 children in a room that had a view of the cathedral. It was absolutely magnificent! The night we checked in, it was during semana santa, which was nice to watch from our window. An amazing place to stay and rest for 1 night on our way to Bilbao. They also have reserved parking for 15 euros a day. Would love to come back to explore more of this quaint Burgos town in the future. Gracias, for a comfortable stay.
