We eat ours breakfast because kitchen is equipped well. We will stay in this hotel if again travel to Vienna.Very happy with our stay, beautiful rooms with a lot of space and excellent location.

Perfect place to stay! Large, clean and bright apartment. Well equipped kitchen area has everything you need. Small fridge, microwave, coffee, kettle for those times you need to unwind after a day of sight seeing. Great location. Close to beautiful parks, the Danube Promenade and all the city sites. Surrounded by fabulous restaurants. We enjoyed our 3 day stay. It's in a really walkable area. Staff are friendly and helpful. Option of using gorgeous old ornate lift or marble spiral staircase in this unique building.

Great location, within walking distance of all main tourist spots. Place was very clean and the staff were super nice!

The facility was beautiful! Loved the elevator and the room was spacious and had everything we needed. Great location I would stay there again and I highly recommend it!

It was just ok as an accommodation.

The kitchen was a very useful addition which meant we could make our own breakfast and meals if wanted. It had a toaster which wasn't included in the listing which was also useful. The room was so quiet (room 110) as it wasn't over the street and the ability to have the windows open is always a bonus for me. The only two tiny niggles was that there was only one armchair so if you wanted to spend any time watching the TV someone had to sit on the bed. This is fine when you are young be we are in our mid 60's so prefer a proper chair. Ideally having a bath tub would have been nice (some rooms do I understand) as after a day's walking around stunning Vienna a soak would have benefitted our aching feet and legs. Supplies for coffee and tea are provided even if you don't have your room serviced which is a nice touch. \ We would definitely return to this accommodation in the future as it was both comfortable, convenient, quiet and was good value when we booked it.

Beautiful apartment, very clean, quiet and in the heart of the city center. We could access everything easily. There was an elevator for easy access to the apartment as well. Water was always hot, and the room was perfect temperature.

The room was clean and well appointed. The staff was efficient and engaging and very helpful. Highly recommend.

We had booked a superior suite, but we're accidentally placed in a standard suite the first night. We raised the error and the management was quick to resolve by giving us an upgrade to a grande suite. Both rooms were very clean and spacious, with nice big beds. The staff we spoke to were all very friendly and helpful. It was nice to receive tea and coffee each day even if you chose to not have the room cleaned. There were also slippers in the rooms, which is always a nice touch. Location was excellent and easy to reach tourist attractions on foot or by public transport.

A great location in Vienna. Shopping and mass transit nearby. The layout of the apartment is a bit strange but we enjoyed it for the one night. It was clean and comfortable.

One of the best stays ever! Perfect location - close to all major attractions. Spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Laundry for 10 euros is an added bonus - they even folded washed clothes!

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Clean and spacious, was perfect for our family. The location is great for visiting Vienna. We use public transportation every including to/from airport and train station. The breakfast delivered every morning is good.

Nice and spacious room, with kitchen so can make some light meals. Only thing is there are steps into the room, maybe be a little dangerous when it’s dark.

Absolutely stunning property in a fantastic--and safe-- location! Clean, COLORFUL, warm, thoughtful.. I can't recommend highly enough! Danke schoen! Looking forward to my next visit!

Great experience! and great location too, just behind St. Stephens (but on a quiet street). Had a big studio flat on the top floor, overlooking the rooftops of Vienna! everything was perfect! only small thing to look out for, the apartment had 2 steps leading from the kitchen to the bedroom area... people with mobility issues might want to enquire first. Otherwise, great experience!
