We would definitely recommend this as a budget hotel for anyone planning a city break. It was only a 30min walk from the centre and there were many bars and restaurant within 5 mins walk. The hotel was basic but more than adequate for what we wanted. Bathroom was small but clean and modern.

We enjoyed the property’s close proximity to restaurants, parks, and transit stops. The street was very quiet and the views sublime! We easily navigated the 4 flights of stairs to our room, and the room itself was spacious and clean.

Small, very clean no frills pension. Exactly what we required. That said one had to be up before the crowd to ensure hot water in the shower. Highly recommended

Don't go there! I have booked a room for almost 140 Euro. When i arrived there, they told me that they are overbooked. I had to go to another hotel which was of much lower quality. Pension Andreas told me, that it has the same price. But the staff at the other hotel told me that the rate is 72 Euro.... Well Pension Andreas tried to cheat me. Further i had to walk 20min to the new hotel with almost 30degrees, Pension Andreas didn't pay me a taxi. What can i say? Just a horrible service!!

Hard to control room temperature. Not too much option on food breakfast.

Overall I had a great time at this property. The only small thing was noise from adjacent room but only for a small time I was in my room at night. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and offered great advice and the morning breakfast was very tasty and wide variety of food choices for its size. Lots of good restaurants around the area and only two blocks (400m or so) away from Rathaus Platz(city hall).

Service provided was excellent. The shower was simple to use. The breakfast although continental style was good value for the money. Plenty of information about how to use Vienna publc transport provided.

My experience was not goid. Rooms are so small and whole night it is too noisy from here and there. Even if tv is on in another that i was heard properly. So i was mog able to sleep and even un breakfast very less options. I will not recomnd to stay in this hotel. I am not happy eith hotels.com also because they given this hotel option on their website.

Worst customer service. Very rude managers: only the guy who checked us in is good. Morning manager person needs to learn customer service.

Good location, safe, quiet and handy fir a few pubs and restaurants and fir the team and underground also for the hop on hop off bus. Staff very friendly, great traditional decor, definitely go back again !!

Everything was nice, the staff at the reception was very helpful, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good to start every day.

A no fuss no frills hotel. Breakfast basic continental, however lots of bread but no toaster which would have been nice to have one. Very convenient for accessing underground and tram in a good area. Overall good stay

It’s a basic budget hotel In an old apartment building,however it’s close to all amenities. No fuss no frills but it’s good for an overnight stay. Staff are friendly. Breakfast very basic lots of bread so it would’ve been nice to of had a toaster!

The look of surprise. The moment we approached this hotel, things have already gone wrong. The entrance didn't even look like an entrance, and the receptionist was unfriendly. It got worse when we entered the dark and hot room, realising that there was no air condition. Our jaw nearly dropped at the sight of the small and dark toilet, with barely enough space to move around. We could hardly sleep with the heat and the slanted bed, worrying that we would fall off the bed while sleeping. One of my family member was bitten by bed bugs. In conclusion, we would never go back to this place with the price we paid.

There was no ventilation in the tiny washroom, which was a bit unpleasant. The water for the shower was nice and strong. The entry way to the hotel from the street was dark and dusty which didn't give us a very good first impression. The elevator was appreciated, though ancient and tiny. The two men attending the desk during our stay were both very nice, which was reassuring. The room was basic. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Overall, it was a bit of a 'cultural' experience.
