Very old property. Bathroom shower made a noise of some sort with noticeable black stuff in the seals. Trash outside was noisy. The staff knocked on the door a few times asking when we will check out.. this was around 1030 and check out at 11. Will not recommend.

We were surprised at the size of the bedroom. It was large with 2 armchairs- definate bonus when we came back with sore feet! Staff were very happy and helpful

Room and toilet very tidy. Friendly staff. Breakfast had loads of options and healthy too. I enjoyed my stay. Would definitely stay there when next I visit London. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a hotel to stay in London.

Great rates and pretty good breakfast...will stay here again... very close to subway and train...great pub "Earls Court Tavern " 3 min walk.

The hotel was actually overbooked as their systems hadn't caught up when I booked. They phoned in advance and put me up in an apartment down the road. Was more than adequate and the bonus was I got to have a shower after having run a half marathon in the morning as the hotel agreed to extend my checkout time and leave my luggage in the apartment. Wasn't what I'd planned but worked out better for me. The lady on the reception at the hotel was very nice and apologetic so all good as far as I'm concerned. Can't vouch for the actual hotel itself though.

The staff at the Kensington Court hotel were always polite, courteous and helpful with the front desk manned 24 hours a day. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and maintained. Earls Court Road is less than two blocks away and features many restaurants, stores, pubs, shops, etc. and the Earls Court Underground station.

The staff was incredibly kind. Everyone treated us so nicely. Facility was clean and well kept. Our stay was unexpected, but the Kensington Court Hotel made our holiday in London much better than anticipated. Will definitely consider this property if/when we may find ourselves in London again.

Although it was only a night stay. The property is outdated and the bathroom was rusty and unclean.

It is very close to Earl's Court Underground. Also nice restaurants in the area including Halal restaurants - Cleopatra (Egyptian) Restaurant food is awesome.

Was ok for a 1 night stay. Property was clean and tidy but scrappy in places. For example, the lift does not inspire confidence. Breakfast was not good. Hot buffet was small and cold but there was other options.

Reasonably priced for London. Hotel is old, run down, needs renovation .

We appreciated closeness tp shops amd underground ground. Rooms to were to warm for our liking. Couldn't get temp down to what we liked. Had housekeeping break a charge cord. Biught a new one £10. Gave receipt as instructed. No word back from desk. Talked to 2 people. Mgr was to look at our request for reimbursement of only £5. The cord was used. Pleasant staff though. Thank you

Staff were helpful in every way. Maryam (front desk) was gracious and so helpful with transportation options. Breakfast was very good. Location near Earl’s Court (underground / subway) was so convenient.

The hotel was in a great location just a few minutes walk from Earl’s Court tube station and shops restaurants and a co op. The room was immaculate and looked like new furnishings, with new mattresses were being delivered as we arrived (they were very firm) anything we asked staff for such as additional towels and adjustments to the heating in our room were responded to within minutes. The breakfast was buffet and plentiful which was great before a day of sightseeing. We were very pleased with the hotel overall.

The hotel was a little tatty although decorating was taking place. The staff were helpful & the breakfast was great.
