Great service and staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Super location; 5-30 minute walking distance to local historic centers and good/excellent street restaurants everywhere. “Time Out Market” 35 min walk; Food Heaven. All the daily tour will pick you up at the front lobby. Easy bus ride from exit doors to hotel. Stop by the local supermarket; everything is fresh, 6 pack water around 1.3 Euros and sweet, crispy apples, 8 for 1.5 Euros.

They change my reservation to HF Urban, didn't know why. Never explained neither apologized for it. Inpid for a better jotel, where we can got the tour bus for 2 teips already booked. Thw night was €98 vs urban €74. Didn't upgraded my room neither reimbursed any money.very disappointed. It's was our wedding anniversary and my wife birthday. The rokms at uban were not that cool, ac speaking. Just 23.5 C , never wetn below that. Opened the window ro get some cool air, couldn't sleep because the street noises and the machinery from the hotel. Went back to the Fenix asking what happened, never understood if they over booked or what really happened.
