The hotel room is fine. We were allocated the family room, it is a clean and reasonal place to stay.

The thing that bothers me the most that the house keeper didn’t come to my room through the whole 48 hours of my stay. Also, smell of the rooms and the restaurant is not pleasant.

Not bad, if you want a hotel close to the train station, easy to get to Munich City Center. Could upgrade the bathrooms

Overall our stay was good. I was traveling with my sisters family who arrived after my family. The hotel did accommodate our early arrival, however the room we were assigned had not been cleaned. The problem was solved quickly. The front desk person was very helpful. The breakfast was good.

The room wasn't clean. At all. All the furniture smelled of cigarettes. suffice to say I did not enjoy my stay. Luckily I booked only for one night so I was able to leave and book someplace else for the rest of my stay.

The property is average, but clean and comfortable. One huge problem is a lack of air conditioning and in the hot weather we are experiencing it is a must. We had to leave our windows open only to find some young drunk crowd talking loudly until early ours of the morning and doing some kind of stunts with their bikes which were incredibly noisy. We could not sleep. This ruined our experience.

The Hotel was very nice for the price you pay. A big plus was the parking garage (5 Euro/night) during this time of the year. Also the breakfast was pretty good for only 8 Euro.

Nice hotel outside of Central Munich but with good Autobahn access. Close to a railway line but we didn't hear the trains with the window closed. Friendly staff and good underground parking for only 6.50 Euro.

This hotel was adequate. It was somewhat out of the way, but the train was easily accessible. The staff was somewhat less than friendly when we needed to ask questions as it was our 1st night ever in Germany. The room was very small, but was clean.

Good location next to train station, 25 minutes to city center, 45 minutes to airport. Great front desk staff, large basic rooms. Perfect for families.

Terrible pillows, low quality, bugs, area made me slightly uncomfortable

It is a bit old, however it has a good location because there is a s bahn station just two minutes away, so you can go anywhere in Munich great transport system . Nagy the girl at the concierge, was a fantastic help to us . There are a couple of convenience stores very close by and also various restaurants. Acces from the airport is great via train , if you are driving as well is really good via the 99 autobahn. Prices were a bit high (250) per night , I would it would be better a 150 per night then the stay would be excellent . Probably due to Oktoberfest they raised prices . Parking your car is not free but is cheap just 2€ per night outside and 6 € underground and you are lucky free on the street .

We arrived hotel very late at night but check in was very quick , and the staff was so nice . Before 1am , there were free coffee and bread for us which was very thoughtful.

Mixed service. Young girls were great. Older lady was no help at all.
