Excellent place everything was perfect

Great location but should put coffee inside the room for the ones who do like to drink coffee couldn’t find it inside the room

Staff was wonderful, regretfully the hotel needs some refurbishment since it's quite old.

This is a very large hotel, typically touristy but well located .5 km from the Old Town. There are plenty of restaurants in the area but we made the mistake to stay in the hotel. The restaurant was poor, limited and menu only in Spanish. The staff were rushing around and the evening was not what we expected.Breakfast was a buffet and could not be faulted.

Staying here was very pleasant for the most part. Clean, nice staff and they provided me with a kettle to make tea. Central to easily walk to restaurants and cafes. The only regret was the air conditioning quit working on our last night so it was a pretty sweaty sleep. Things happen, I can't hold it against them.

Good location. Checkin too long. Not as good as other Eurostar hotels. Dual basins but one didn’t have cold water, the hot water was boiling and the other basin the sink plug would not work. Lots of backing doors after midnight.

Centrally located and quite comfortable rooms

A large hotel with lots going on. Although there were many youth sports teams, it was quiet and comfortable. The staff was accommodating.

Horrible beds. Very hard. My body was in pain for 5 days.

Great hotel with a very convenient location in Zaragoza—close to the Plaza de España, Basílica del Pilar, and El Tubo.

Nice, friendly and helpful personnel at the lobby attended us when arrived. The hotel is well located at walkable distance to the main attractions. Its location is also easily tracked by the GPS.... Parking is very convenient. We would suggest that adding courtesy coffee and water to the room won't increase the hotel's cost significantly and in turn will make it more attractive to guests.

Pas de place !! Deux double pour 3 adultes de prévu et en fait du camping !! Deux lits collés avec un lit de camp perpendiculaire aux 2 autres lamentable

Chambre annoncée avec 2 grands lits pour trois personnes ! Résultat 2 lits cotes à cotes et un au pied du lit. Impossible de tourner dans la chambre. Belle arnaque

Good helpful staff

The experience was amazing and loved how friendly the staff was. One of the things that we did not like as much, was how hard the bed was. Other than the bed, it was great overall.

Great hotel .. perfect location. Always stay here on biz for the last 5 years. The only criticism being, the hotel needs a reliable WIFI connection. In all my stays I had to connect via phone. That's it.. if otherwise, all is just perfect !

Breakfast there was the worst standard of food I have ever seen in a Hotel.
