Muy buen Hotel, habitaciones amplias y confortables, desayuno completo , personal muy amable y eficiente, tiene parking propio a 150m , pero como ocurre en España cocheras pequeñas, está a 10 minutos de caminata del casco histórico.

Spotless room and bathroom with great quality sheets and towels. Breakfast was off the scale and staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. In a great location for the city.

nice stay for business

Convenient, comfortable, and welcoming.

The room was really nice and the service of the stay staff at the desk was excellent. However the pool being closed even though it was advertised as open was a disappointment, when you’re paying a premium for somewhere with a pool. The room staff were also very loud pretty early in the morning which wasn’t great.

Front desk is very friendly and helpful. Daniel, especially and the other ladies too. Breakfast was a good buffet.

We were given a very warm welcome and the guy at Reception (sorry, I didn’t get his name) was so helpful whenever we asked for advice. Great location to explore Murcia and the rooftop pool was a lovely extra.

Bright and welcoming hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Everywhere clean and tidy, well presented. Had room 304 - good size room and bathroom. Nice location in this lovely city. Great for the airport too.

This hotel is a great place to stay right in the heart of the city. Bars restaurants and all possible historic buildings are just a short walk away. The area feels safe and there is ample paid parking. There is no point trying to park other than in the hotels paid parking. The staff are very good and happy to help in any way possible. For us it was good that the staff spoke English. Sat nav found the hotel easy. The only slight draw back was that the food could be better. It is ok and would not put us off but a lot of the food that should be hot was not and the variety was a bit limited, no big deal

This a beautiful hotel. Both the bed and the bathtub/shower were extremely comfortable with a large tub and lots of hot water and water pressure. The hotel was a short walk to the main sites. The breakfast was outstanding with the widest selection I have ever seen in a Spanish hotel. The breakfast room staff were friendly and helpful. The desk staff were courteous and polite. One standout in service was Cristina who worked in the bar adjoining the front desk. Every time I came or left she said Hola, buenas tardes or Hola, buenas noches. It made me feel like a welcomed guest instead of a customer. I noted that she did that to all the guests who passed by after being out. It left me with a very favorable impression of my stay.

Stayed for three nights and had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was good… loved the fresh orange juice! The hotel was within walking distance to the cathedral across the river.

Due to traffic jams and no place to stop outside the hotel, we had to drive around a few times before we found a narrow road to stop on. After checking in, it was easy to find the garage which is a short distance away. Our room no. 611 was of a good standard and was clean. There was a nice terrace with a little view of the city. The hotel is very central, a few minutes walk to the old town and its attractions and many restaurants and bars. However, they had forgotten to put our Cava out but it was later in the room after a reminder. The breakfast was very good and we are happy with our stay.

Very polite staff, walkable to shopping and dining, clean room... Not too happy about getting two twin beds after having confirmed reservation for a queen bed.
