This is a great hotel made better by exemplary staff, who were among the most friendly, chatty and helpful we have ever encountered - they are a credit to the hotel and the hospitality industry generally. Breakfast was ok but not extensive. Our room was clean and comfortable.

We loved staying in such a classy hotel, near the beach. There were restaurants within easy walking distance.

Beautiful views of the beach, bit of a walk into the old town but worth it for the variety of restaurants and bars. Staff are lovely in the hotel and nothing is too much trouble.

My stay was short but absolutely amazing. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are also beautifully done with the most comfortable bed I have had in a hotel in a LONG time! It literally felt like clouds in heaven. The only thing rivaling the beauty and comfort of this hotel was the incredibly kind hospitality of the staff. I am so grateful to have found this stay after another hotel that I booked 6 months before, cancelled my reservation 3 days before arrival literally leaving me stranded on my first trip to Spain. It was actually a blessing in hind sight as I had the honor of spending a very peaceful stay by the sea in total comfort with all the amenities I could possibly need or want. Thank you Hotel Las Rocas!!!

A very well kept hotel with welcoming and helpful staff, but pricey at £130 for B&B for two, in my opinion. Room was a good size and comfortable. Handle loose in bathroom, but a minor complaint.

We always stay here when we are travelling- it seems to get better each time.

Second time to stay here.Excellent hotel. Spotlessly clean and ideally located close to Bilbao. Beautiful promenade and beach just across the road. Hotel was amazingly quiet so a really good night’s sleep ensued.

Besutiful, spotlessly clean hotel in a fantastic location across from a beach, but needs doible glazing and sound proofing. Noise from other rooms of babies crying, chairs scraping in the room above and a latge dog barking across from the hotel made sleep very challenging.

The hotel was great, but was charged extra for breakfast and parking when we thought these amenities were included, so it wound up being more expensive than anticipated.
