Really nice hotel, staff were all lovely and helpful. The restaurant is serves nice food and is very pleasant to sit in the outdoor section. All around great experience and would definitely recommend as a great place to stay when exploring Cuenca!

My stay was excellent...

Lovely hotel and very friendly & helpful staff. I ate here both nights - first night a la carte, second the set menu. The a la carte food is fantastic but the set menu was just average. Room a decent size, though bathroom could do with an update. Bit noisy from corridor, but overall a good hotel in a fantastic and much overlooked city.

The staff were great, very short notice and very late due to Expedia and another hotel letting us down badly. This hotel looked after us.

Hotel was clean but a bit dated. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Room ventilation did not work. No parking as advertised.

Quirky old business hotel with a great staff. Not in the old town of Cuenca, however the walk up the hill is doable. Nice breakfast, towels and a quiet room. Time warp in a good way.

Nice spacious room. Excellent secure garage parking for motorcycle. Nice breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Cuenca is a beautiful town. The hanging houses, San Pablo bridge, etc etc A fantastic stay.

The property was in good conditions, even better than pictures. Nice location, but no free parking outside or in the property. It's free Saturdays from 2PM and Sunday outside. If not, you can park 10mim away for free.

Great hotel amazing value.

Le hotel está muy bien. Una ubicación próxima a la zona turística de Cuenca. Fallo el aire acondicionado y no pudieron dar respuesta hasta que finalmente solicitamos un ventilador. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y la limpieza está perfecta.

Good hotel, slightly dated decor but room was very comfortable as was the bed. Well located and easy to drive to. Some free parking available in the location. Lovely tarrace bar for evening drinks.

It was without a doubt the best hotel of the entire two week trip! Excellent and friendly check in, the lad even took the time to explain some Spanish to us! The room was well decorated and comfortable and the bathroom plenty big enough. We dined in the cafe both in the evening and the morning and the food and staff were excellent. The young lady serving even did me a huge cappuccino in a pint glass! Perfect. Parking was under the hotel and half price for a motorbike. Walking into town and to the cathedral was easy, 5 minutes and 20 minutes respectively. There was nothing not to like. Even the price was the cheapest we had all trip so the value for money is fantastic!
