Lovely hotel at the end of Chiswick High Road occupying some nice older buildings.Check in staff were very good and courteous and we were upgraded to suite which was unexpected but welcome.Car park on site which was very reasonable at £12 per day.Didnt have breakfast but it looked good.Nice clean room and shower.5 minutes from Turnham Green tube on the Circle line ideal for the west end.Glad we found this little gem and will be our go to hotel for whenever in London

Air conditioner in kitchen area was not working properly. Sounded like it needed refilling.

Had a wait in reception but friendly receptionist who gave us an upgrade which was gratefully received as a king size bed. Pillows were hard and no alternatives in room.

The pillows are very uncomfortable, too big, too high and not soft, and the TV does not work properly.

Lovely clean hotel room with everything you need including tea and coffee making facilities and a well stocked bathroom.

I stayed 12 nights for a work trip and everything was fine. They upgraded my room for free and every day provided clean towels etc. would definitely visit again.

Great location, walking distances to restaurants, cafes, local stores and public transportation. The staff were professional and friendly. Our room was newly remodeled, just perfect!

The air conditioning in one of our rooms hasn't been working, and since we also have an underground room, opening windows isn't an option. We've reported this issue twice, but nothing has been done to resolve it. Now, at checkout, the manager is offering a discount on our next stay and free breakfast — but frankly, that's not acceptable. When we're paying nearly £300 per night, we expect a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Given the inconvenience, a refund is more appropriate.

We loved the location with nice cafes close by and easy walk to the tube. Room was clean, newly renovated and comfortable.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They even offered an alternative room on the ground floor when they saw my mum was older, which was so kind of them. We kept our original room as it was a suite with kitchen. We used the kitchen and it was perfect for us. Beds were very comfy and room very quiet. Great location in Chiswick. I’d definitely stay here again.

We were allocated room 5 which was between a toilet and a stairwell. Overnight we could hear guests passing the room and when they used the toilet, it felt like they were coming into our room. Very poor soundproofing. The adjacent room's guests got up at 5am and shortly after, staff started preparing breakfast, all very noisy from our room and so despite the lovely bed and quiet air con, we didnt sleep very well at all.
