The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very centrally located and everything around Strasbourg city centre was easily within walking distance. The hotel doesn’t have parking but the public car park was just across the road and was safe and secure. Overall the hotel was in a great location, clean, tidy and comfortable.

The staff was very helpful. Contacted me ahead of time to see if I needed a transfer from the train station, stored luggage after check out until we left town. Rooms were well decorated and well appointed. Free beverages in the lobby

Great Location and friendly staff! The hotel does not have handicap accommodations. It is a boutique-type hotel with a structure that, in a lot of aspects, creates an unsafe situation. A member of our group fell on a half-step at the elevator landing on the first floor and broke her foot. The step should not have been there. It defeats the purpose of using an elevator to get your luggage to the room if you have to lift it again to get to the hallway leading to the rooms. No warning signs. The rooms with the whirlpool bath do not have a shower, just the high tub, which creates a challenge for most people to get in and out safely. You can skip breakfast and go across the street and buy fresh fruit and pastries. All communication for prior check-in or asking for feedback is emailed in French only. If feedback is solicited, it should be in one of the most common languages.

Superb hotel with kind, friendly, helpful, informative, considerate staff. The room & bed were very comfortable, & the room was spacious compared to many European hotels. Also, the hotel was in a perfect location.

The hotel was great and we loved our room! It was clean, charming, and close to everything! Outside the hotel was shopping, bakeries, restaurants!

We stayed in a suite here for two nights. We arrived early and were able to drop off our luggage. Our room was ready an hour before check in and our bags were already brought up. It is a small hotel and the staff is friendly and attentive. If you have Mobility issues I would not recommend as even with the elevator you need to do some stairs and steps up. The hotel is dated but cute and comfortable and in a very convenient location, though not on a noisy or too busy a street. I would stay here again in Strasbourg.

Nice enough, clean room, cute courtyard and friendly staff. However room was like a green house at 26.7 degrees. Air con not working. Man came up to “fix” it but nothing happened. We were given a fan and opened windows but still warm. Other people in other rooms said the same that it was so hot. Lights didn’t work by bed, socket didn’t work one side of bed and the jets in bath didn’t work.

Hotel Beaucour is the perfect location if you are driving to Strasbourg. It is just outside of the city center so parking garages are easier to find. It’s truly only a 5-10 min walk to get to the cathedral. The staff were friendly and helpful and the decor was cute and welcoming.

This was a very unique property, and right upon check in, we knew we were staying somewhere special. From the entrance, which was decorated nicely throughout the courtyard leading to the reception area, to the room tastefully decorated with what we could only say is quintessentially French. We had the room with black lace and pink walls, comforter, etc.. It was tastefully decorated with pictures and sculptures on the walls. Really made us feel like we walked into another era.

To say this place is magical, is not an overstatement. We went at Christmas and they went all out on decorating. We enjoyed settling in the lobby in front of the fire with cheese and wine. In warmer weather, the terrace would be amazing. The only downside is that we struggled with internet connectivity. But in a place like this we didn’t need to be on our phones.

This hotel has character. It is cozy and charming. Perfectly located, near the tourist center of Strasbourg. Parking is across the street from hotel. Staff at the reception desk is nice and helpful.

We loved this hotel! The patio area is beautiful, and it is ideally located for all of the attractions. It is located a block from the tram and only 4 stops from the main train station. This is a place I hope to book again in the future!!!

This was very well located for walking around central Strasbourg and all the easily available eating spots. Room was comfortable, great bathroom, recently renovated.

From the beautiful outside to the beautiful courtyard, the smell of roses and the very friendly welcoming staff, this was by far a blessing when reserving. Unique rooms with a German feel, very comfortable beds and pillows. We did have the smallest room but it worked for the two of us. Very close to the tram and everything else. It was the ideal experience in the ideal hote for an ideal town.
