Decent location, with parking, 1.5 km from the old city (18 min. walk) Excellent breakfast, friendly, helpful staff.

I thought it had the look of a Roman Villa, very characterful.

We enjoyed our room and the view. The breakfast and dinner were great. I just wish there was an elevator.

I was desperately ill while staying at L’Orangerie, but the staff and hotel were perfect. Staff were always helpful and kind, and L’Orangerie is a comfortable and very pleasant place to stay!

Very interesting building. Rooms were charming. Beautiful grounds. Friendly staff. Ample parking.

Disappointed. Junior suite was not as described, nor as pictured. Musty, dilapidated. Hot water took 5-6 minutes to arrive at the tap. A lot of wasted water. Perhaps better in Summer but will not recommend otherwise.

Check that there was air conditioning, but the hotel says that it cannot be turned on!!

Area around this property at night felt pretty unsafe. Hotel staff were fantastic and very helpful but the room was dated and very hot the fan did not work. It’s November and inside my room was 31 degrees the first night. I had to leave my patio door open which did not feel safe in order to sleep comfortably. Would not be my first choice.

Overnight stay in Nimes. Would have stayed longer if time allowed. Clean room on the ground floor. Breakfast was good. Staff helpful. Would stay again.

Very comfortable room 20 min from centre. Good breakfast, pleasant staff. Attractive setting round internal courtyard. Next to busy road but shutters meant noise was okay.

The property was very nice, and indecent shape considering it’s an older property. Some parts were in a little bit of disrepair, but the staff were very nice and did a good job. The breakfast was awesome. The area in proximity to the main town was close enough, probably not the safest of all areas, but safe enough for visitors. Considering the price point, probably fits the value price proposition.

This place needs a bit of updating, but it was still okay for the value. Only thing that bothered me was mosquitoes. There’s no screen on the windows and the room didn’t have air conditioning yet because it’s still May. So open windows let in mosquitoes that attacked me during the night. I got multiple bites that are still itchy. Not so fun.

Easy to walk to supermarkets and Pizza 🍕 takeaway and a bar.

The property is very nice and the close enough to walk to the old part of town.

We were amazed at the beauty of the hotel and grounds; thrilled to have a balcony overlooking the palm trees and small swimming pool. The breakfast also was a lovely surprise: tasty AND healthy options and they made it possible for us to collect ours on a tray to eat on our balcony. Highly recommended!!

I left my purse in the room whilst I went got breakfast and it wasn’t there when I came back The hotel sss add I’d th as t they couldn’t find it!!

Thought the hotel well placed with restaurants 2min walking distance . We had a ground floor room with the pool right outside which was great . The room was very clean and the bed comfortable , clean towels every day and maid service . Good breakfast buffet . Overall really pleased with this choice of hotel .

Beautiful property. Comfortable rooms. Poolside is very inviting and well kept. Felt like a little villa. Was 15 min walk to the Roman arena and other sites. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent service, very professional crew. excellent breakfast, they might rework the eggs cooking.. the room was very clean and very comfortable. a must stay if you stop in Nimes
