Advertised as a 1 bedroom apartment, it was a studio. Photos are deceiving. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom big. The kitchen wasn't very clean, the hob looked rusty and sticky. Smells like a humid closed space. The staff was kind and there was good communication about check in method when we arrived after reception was closed. Not what we were expecting but fare for the money

Good clean room with a cute balcony overlooking the water. Room was alittle dated but clean and bed was comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, great to watch the boats pass by from the balcony, unfortunately the balcony doesn't get the sun apart from early morning

Very nice place right next to the water. My room had a balcony with a lovely view of the boats coming and going. Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice bar area with seating inside and out. Very friendly desk staff. My only negative comment would be that the bathroom was a bit ancient, but it was clean.

We have stayed twice in this hotel on our way between the UK and Spain. The first time we had a cute room facing the sea with a balcony. This time we got a back room and it wasn’t so nice. The ladies at the reception were both lovely and the breakfast is very nice.

This hotel is really clean. Rooms are made up every day if your wish. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice bar and outside terrace. Breakfast is your choice and is fresh and wonderful. Looking forward to staying again.

Very clean hotel and the staff are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they will do anything to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast is individually prepared and is a pleasure to to take breakfast outside on the terrace. Air conditioning is new. Bed is comfortable. looking forward to stay there again and this time will book the suite which has a balcony. It is next to the most wonderful fish restaurant on the main road. I think it's called Terrade.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I can highly recommend it for anyone who wants a pet friendly hotel, located a stone's throw from the beach in Capbreton. The staff are friendly, it is kept spotlessly clean and the owner went out of his way to help us during a difficult time.

Staff were super friendly and showed me to my room. I only stayed one night, but the room was basic and clean. I felt safe and comfortable there and would recommend staying here if you are wanting to be near the ocean.

We loved sitting out on the little balcony looking at the water, boats and people. It was special. The room was tidy and had everything we needed. Check in guy and check out girl we're excellent and helpful.

Bed very small. Bathroom has no proper shower. All decor was in bad state of repair.

Awesome place to stay, great location for the Beach and surrounding towns, and it’s very easy to Travel into Hossegor and all the smaller parts of Capbreton. All the staff were very friendly, kind and helpful! Room was very nice and the Balcony is a great addition. Really enjoyed staying here. I would recommend this place for sure.
