Outstanding property, only enhanced by the customer care dedication. The woman at reception insisted on carrying our bags up a flight of stairs for us when I was capable of doing it myself. Additionally, I’ll spare all the details, but the hotel staff went above and beyond in helping us recover a bag that was lost in an Uber after our departure. They provided translated communication with the driver which proved to be key to recovering it.

The room was small very little room for belongings. 20 min walk from action.

Cannot say enough about the tremendous staff at this property. They were so accommodating in every way! The rooms and bathroom are a good size and the hotel lobby is excellent for breakfast or a drink.

Didn’t like bathtub instead of a shower. Did like availability of front desk staff.

A stunning hotel with spacious modern well designed rooms, very clean and most friendly accomodating stuff. Loved e Rey minute of our passing through. Most welcoming reception! Un grand merci.

Nice breakfast, friendly staff and very accommodating. Rooms are a bit small, but ok for a short trip. Location is great and can walk to Bordeaux city center without issues. Many good restaurants around. Parking on site is expensive but has chargers for electric cars and enough space, very convenient!

Negatives : Stayed in a terrace room, had a quiet room on the back however the grounds / landscaping needed some attention as overgrown with weeds. There is also no lighting on the terrace making it difficult to sit out there once it went dark ( we like to play cards at night). The bar was also closed for 2 of our 3 nights for no known reason which is not expected in an expensive hotel. Positives : staff are excellent, hotel is well maintained, close to the old town 15 mins walk and excellent location for the tram into the centre or to the airport. Would stay here again.

Reception staff were kind-hearted. Queen room was comfortable, very clean, but with little extra room for a large suitcase to be opened. Breakfast superb with a delightful monsieur in charge. Main issue was the air conditioning which didn’t seem effective enough for the very hot weather. Overall I would recommend.

This hotel definitely had its own charm and unique decor. Front desk staff were very hospitable and helpful. Lounge area was good. Breakfast was good. Our hotel room was very nice, although a little awkward to get to within the hotel. Location was a 5-10 minute walk to a large area for restaurants, shopping and public transportation and then not much further to the riverfront area.

The very best part of the Marty is the extremely professional a d friendly staff, that is there to assist in any way. The rooms are very clean and new.

Over all, We satisfied the property very much. There is a parking space which helps a lot. Not much restaurants and shops around but easy to access. Only takes about 10 Minutes walk to get to the most important street. Room is very small. But the lobby got the most vibrant. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Water temp and the water pressure was really below average. Also could hear other rooms when they flushed the toilet, a lot of the staff was walking round in the halls at night which you could hear. Thin walls I guess also bar is not open on a Monday

A lovely hotel with a comfortable room. The staff could not have been nicer, more helpful or more friendly. I’d really highly recommend this hotel but for two things. First the breakfast was awful. Frozen reheated croissants that were either incredibly soggy or blackened. This is France! You can pick up beautiful freshly baked croissants anywhere! I’ve never known a breakfast like it in France. Also the towels were those I’d expect in a youth hostel. So thin and very small. It’s such a shame that clearly the staff here work very hard (and succeed) to make a stay lovely and yet some manager somewhere has decided to cut costs and work against all their good work.

Great hotel with a 15 minute walk into the centre. Very comfy bed and nice room, modern and very clean. Would definitely return for a visit to Bordeaux.
