Horrible

In my room there was no safe. I could not put my passport in the safe place. When asked at the reception, they didn’t believe me. We went together back to the room. Staff worker didn’t find the safe neither. He offered to go and to open all the rooms on the floor to look for the safe with the idea to change the room for me. I was in town for 4 hours. It was not an option to loose more time on this. When I did the reservation I wanted to be at the hotel inside the airport. My departure was early and I had to be at the airport at 5 am. Hotel is in 5 min drive ( 20 euro flat fee taxi). The area is scary, dirty. Looks abandoned . Hotel is clean. Simple. In my bathroom there was toilet paper.

Difficult to find. Taxi would not take us there so we had to walk. Room was like a bunker (no windows) Hall noises.

This location was perfect for anyone flying out of Naples with an early morning flight.

Problems with lighting, staff not unfriendly

Good Welcome travelers amenities (shower cap, toothbrush, etc). The personal was kindly. Basic room, with uncomfortable mattress.

Good restaurant nicely appointed rooms, perfect for a quick stay near the airport

Proximity to the airport was its saving grace!

I selected this hotel as I needed a property that was close to the Naples airport for an overnight due to an early morning flight the next day. It is very close to the airport, I walked there but you can take a taxi. And I stayed there 2 nights, on the front and back end of my vacation. The hotel is older but very clean and the rooms are nicely appointed and have air conditioning. Very nice bathroom amenities. I included the breakfast in my rate and it was very nice and plentiful. Alfredo at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. His English was perfect! They only have breakfast at the hotel so he ordered pizza for me that was delivered to the hotel. If my travels ever brought me back to Naples, I would definitely stay here again.

This is a really shoddy property. I would never stay here again.

Old Hotel desing inside seem like hostpital, also the rooms very small and it felt like a Hospital

Near the airport. Bed wasn’t bad. No complaints for an early flight took some of the stress off from staying in Naples.

It was the first time for me to visit Italy, i was flying into Naples International Airport. So the Millennium Gold Hotel was ideal as it's six minute Taxi journey. The hotel staff was really helpful and extremely polite. The hotel and my room was exceptionally clean. The rooms are equipped with the basic requirements, with a spacious onsuit bathroom. The breakfast area was large, with a excellent hot or cold food selection. The staff attended to breakfast was warm and friendly. My stay was extremely comfortable and i would highly recommended.

Only stayed here overnight at end of trip to Italy because it was so close to Naples airport and we had an early flight. It's walkable to the airport on sidewalks the whole way. Very loud, poorly insulated room. Hard to get any sleep, as it is right on a main road. Bed was hard as a brick and pillows were flat. Restaurant was not open, but bar was with light bites. No food within a walk other than a McDonalds, or walk to the airport for food - 15 minute walk one way. Young man who checked us in was kind and friendly, but bartender seemed agitated because he had to handle many hungry people who expected restaurant to be open.

For an on airport hotel this was very good. Close to car rental drop off and the departure/ arrival terminal . Friendly staff rooms clean and comfortable. It is what it is !

It was very close to a Main Street so was quite noisy

Stayed here a couple of nights to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. Restaurant and night desk staff very friendly and helpful, other staff available but seemed preoccupied. Breakfast is fine. Restaurant seems to be open for breakfast only, not dinner, and there aren't other restaurants around in this industrial seeming area, unless you walk to the airport. No shuttle service to airport, and taxis charge 20 euros for the very short drive - OK I guess since otherwise they might not service the hotel. If you have light luggage, just walk to the airport. Toilet did not work well. Shower is plastic tube style. Hot water fine.

The Millennium Gold Hotel was within walking distance from Naples International Airport (13-15min). Do not get a Taxi as they charged £40 euros for a 5 mimute journey? Nice hotal for the convenience to the Airport with views of Mt Vesuvius. Helpful staff and friendly would give them 5 stars, with nice lounge and dinning restaurant. Rooms a little basic, but very clean and tidy.

Convenient location to the airport. The area around the hotel is very loud.

Easy to walk to from airport. Room was clean and comfortable but no frills. No chair or suitcase stand. Had to ask for toilet paper. Lots of noise from street traffic.
