Nicely located - a short walk from the cathedral etc. and the L3 and L5 (airport) metro. Lovely spacious room. Good to have a fridge and kettle. Handy to hire bikes on site (although rates were slightly higher than we saw most other places). Very friendly, helpful staff. Generally very quiet - except on one of our nights the ??generator/AC unit outside R103 was excessively noisy all night long.

Very nice place to stay away from touristy area. Clean, modern hotel with very good personnel. Has restaurant on site we used for breakfast. Big room with king bed, elevator. 15 minutes walk from the market. The biggest problem is noise from outside, kids were playing ball until late and noisy pedestrians. With everything good I said about this place, I try to find something different for my next stay in Valencia.

Front desk was not only friendly but extremely helpful in suggesting ways to enjoy the area. We wanted a nearby craft beer pub and they were right on it. They provided helpful eating options and gave us a map of the area. By the way we found an unbelievable Irish pub that had many on tap beers from all over-new favorite Chouffe Cherry. Rooms were very comfortable and you didn’t hear noises from any other room-slept real well, beds were nice and comfortable. Our kids (all grown up) had their own room and they loved it as well. Would definitely return!

Ideally situated for tourist attractions notably wonderful San Nicolas church and large food/ local produce market. Also a rarity just 100 metres away: a well run local bar happy to serve wine and no pressure on food. Nearby El Cabanyal has great reputation for its paella but was unfortunately closing the evening we visited! Male desk clerk was amazingly helpful, room was lovely, but breakfast chaotic: a bit of management would not go amiss. Also pouring with rain in the morning and hotel would not loan us an umbrella as they were 'pre-booked' by other guests: a poor decision...

Our room was FILlED with BUGS ( from little roaches in the shower to ants by the BeD !!!) front desk guy showed up with bug spray and said he couldn’t change the room Power went off in the middle of the night!!!!!! No AC !!!! ( barely making it old Wall Unit !!!!) No Light!!!!! Parking WAS NOT available!!! We had to park like 3 blocks away from hotel. And get up before 9 am ( after a very long fray of traveling…. Carrying bags, finding your room with bugs , no AC …..because it’s a street parking HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience!!!!!!!

Nice surprise having a 3rd bed on the room

This place is beautiful. From the moment you walk in, the staff are ready to greet you and give you a free walking tour of Valencia. Our room was a great size and so clean. We have no complaints! Also, you are walking distance from the Torres de Serrano and gardens. I recommend staying here!

The room is large and clean, the king size bed is very comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. The location is very close to tourist attractions and the transportation is convenient.

Was a decent hotel.

This lovely hotel, locate in the Plaza San Sebastián, is next to the botanical garden and close to restaurants and places for wine. The room was large and clean, the bed was comfy and the black-out blinds were so nice to have. We will stay here again!

Good location for city centre, quiet, clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast was good.

Very nice, friendly team. Breakfast there is amazing and a great value (9 Euros for the buffet - as of Jan 2024. Lunch is also just perfect. One of the best places in the city (literally). Great location.. Very happy here and will definitely stay here again.

We found a cockroach in the bathroom of one of the rooms. The hotel wasn’t in a bad location, however the surroundings were deserted and seemed a bit unsafe with police cars patrolling the area.

Hotel has a good location. Very friendly front desk people, not the same in the cafeteria place. It looks they don't clean the bathroom or the room, they just made the bed. We stayed a couple nights, but we won't stay again.
