Breakfast was fairly okay. AC with nowdays temp worked perfect but in summer may be not. Being a 3 star hotel, they had no complimentary tea or coffee. We had to pay for it. Other than that it was a nice and clean hotel

Great place to spend a night by the airport. A really good restaurant two blocks away. Meat and pastas were amaizing.

This is a nice 3 star near the airport. Property is safe and clean. Secure free parking is a plus. Only down side was no cups in the room. I use this property often when I have an early flight. Will continue to do so,

Excellent staff at Luxor Hotel! They arranged us a very early morning transfer to the airport, which is very close by. The hotel itself is in a very weird sparse area with nothing much by it. If you're looking for a quick place to stay by the airport, I'd choose Luxor Hotel.

I picked this hotel for one reason only. The website said there was a 24 hour airport shuttle for €20. It was a lie. Instead they called a cab that cost €35. Outrageous. When we showed up, we wanted to store our luggage and maybe check in early, but knew that was an ask. Before we could even get a word in, the front desk guy was trying to sell us on driving us right back where we just came from. He was the driver, btw, so the money would be going to him I guess. Then he tried to say check in was later than our reservation said. Just lies.

The host was very pleasant and helpful. The room is very cool, and the shower head is not working.

Noisy hallways, shuttle fee to Airport was way to high, higher then a taxi. Bathroom was terrible

Staff was helpful but hotel is outdated.

Coffee was great. Too cramped room, bathroom was tiny and not clean.

The property is close to the airport. But it has continuous noise throughout the night. People are screaming throughout the night. My wife and I couldn't sleep at all.

The hotel is in an area of Naples that you aren’t able to walk to places.

The front desk staff was nice. Metal window shades did not work and would not roll up or down.

Property claimed to have upgraded linens, it did not. They claimed to have an airport shuttle, they did not. We stayed close to airport for convenience and to keep cost down, but we ended up with a $50 euro cab fare to the airport.

Great service, helpful staff!

The breakfast was better than Continental with coffee served by staff very filling in good. Taxi was on time that the staff had called for us.

Highly recommend not staying at this hotel
