How it was exactly what we needed. It was in a perfect location. Staff was great.

The front desk was very kind and accommodating my claustrophobia. I had a problem with being able to go into the elevator and they made sure that everything was possible for my room to be on a lower floor and also took my bags up to the room. Highly recommend this hotel. They have always been excellent to stay at within walking distance to everything

It was walkable to the main attractions

The location is excellent. Close to major attractions. Service was very good. We stayed in the suite and it was very spacious and the air conditioning was incredible. The shower was a bit small but that’s not unusual for Europe. We will definitely stay there again.

Its an overall good hotel. Near many great things. Staff is very friendly. I got a single, large bed room and it was very small. My luggage had to fit in the space between the bed and the wall. The bed was a little firm, but i slept well. The shower was a little tight too, but it did its job. There are a dozen restaurants and shops right outside. Theres even a small grocery store across the street. Trevi fountain and a metro station are very close. Overall still a good hotel.

The property was centrally located and the room was very clean and comfortable. The description of the property was exact. The elevator was very small and only fit one person and one suitcase, but this inconvenience was minor. The staff was very helpful.

Hotel was lovely but was a slight bit awkward for me to walk to as it’s on a steep hill, not too much of a problem jùst something to bear in mind if you have walking difficulties. Staff were super helpful

Limited facilities. No coffee or tea making in room. Only serves breakfast in restaurant, no lunch or evening meals, or hotel bar. Room walls paper thin. Could hear the bloke snoring next door. Could also hear ‘Bonking Billy’ going at it on the other side. Luckily he didn’t last long!
