Je veux sincèrement remercier Jacob pour son aide à résoudre notre petit problème. Il a été d’une efficacité exceptionnelle. L’appartement était très bien ainsi que le personnel de l’hôtel . Il est très bien situé avec accès à la promenade et la mer . Je recommande fortement cet endroit.

We had a lovely week in the loft apartment. The staff were very friendly, restaurant very good for breakfast/dinner. The apartment was spacious with basic cooking facilities. No cleaning during our week and it would be nice to have a change of towels once. There are areas which could do with a bit of TLC in the room and around the hotel, but the setting is fabulous & gardens lovely. The hotel is Right on a gorgeous coastline, wonderful for running/walking & of course swimming (need water shoes). The pool is lovely at the hotel and quiet. The property is quite rustic but very sweet & we would return. Great restaurants within walking distance.

Passamos 6 dias incríveis nesse hotel! Todos os funcionários foram muito atenciosos, amigáveis e prestativos. Está em sempre prontos para atender nossas necessidades. O quarto estava limpo e bem arrumado. O café da manhã era simples, baseado no que já estava incluído no nosso pacote, mas também tínhamos a opção de escolher outros pratos do cardápio e pagar apenas a diferença. Amei cada segundo nesse hotel, super recomendo!

La Rocona is a lovely property in a great location. We stayed in a standard room in the main building, what seems to be an old masia. The lobby is beautiful as is the adjacent terrace that houses the restaurant. The beach is a 2 minute walk. Staff was welcoming and pleasant, room was clean and comfortable, though a bit noisy because of the acoustics of the lobby. The downside is the poor engineering in the bathroom. The floor of the shower is badly constructed and the water will flow right across the bathroom and into the bedroom. Really poorly designed. Also, the WiFi is very slow, but we were there for the beach, not the WiFi! We had a great lunch in the restaurant, the food was excellent as was the service. I highly recommend the Racona and next time we will ask for a different room!

Stayed here for my Aunt's 90th birthday celebrations, She lives in Denia and the birthday lunch was held in the hotel. Hotel is lovely, quiet and chilled, great vybe, very clean and nice rooms. Staff were very helpful. Great position minutes from sea and you can walk into Denia

We loved the proximity to the beach/ sea and the restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful & flexible- thank you. However we were disappointed about the overall cleanliness- we had to ask for it to be swept & vacuumed….it had not been done thoroughly after the previous guests had left- food/ dirt etc. was user the couch. Secondly, the room was a touch tired- paint peeling from the bannister; chips/ some damage to the wood work/ door frames. This was mid June, so the height of the summer has still to come, so if it was a bit tired at this time of the year, I’d be interested to see what condition it would be in by the end of the summer.

Pretty building, tastefully decorated with well kept grounds. A tranquil setting. Bed was comfortable and bedding could quality. Good breakfast and bikes for rent. Room was very small, shower luke warm/not enough hot water.

Lovely interior and vibe with nice pool and garden. Easy access to beach and friendly staff. Cleanliness of apartments needs improvement. Shower only hot for five minutes. No WiFi in rooms even though its mentioned on booking site. No new towels or trash cleaning is DIY.

The Hotel Racona was still being refurbished so we were put in another MR group hotel 5 minutes walk away. The above ratings are for The Palau Verd. Although the hotel was okay we were further from the coast and the swimming pool was much smaller and too cold to use.

This is a quirky little Hotel, set among a small conurbation of apartments, with a pool, restaurant, and direct access onto the sea front. Very laid back staff, including a Yorkshire Terrier named after 007 - Bond, who has the ears of a donkey and a wicked charm. The room - 102, had air-conditioning of a kind, a ceiling fan and a small un-stocked minibar, all adequate but a little tired. Never the less we enjoyed a week here, using the beach(rocks) access and great sea front walks.

Wir haben sehr schöne und erholsame Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, und das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns gefiel besonders das Ambiente im Restaurant (drinnen und draußen) und am Pool. Toll war natürlich auch, dass das Meer nur ein paar Schritte entfernt war!

Todo muy bien y mucha tranquilidad que es lo que buscabamos el unico pero los mosquitos en la habitacion por todo lo demas excelente sobre todo el trato personal. Volveremos

L'hôtel est magnifique et le cadre est très agréable. Le personnel est très sympathique. Beaucoup de travaux sont en cours dans l'hôtel surement pour préparer la haute saison (peinture...), nous séjournons le week end donc c'était assez calme mais la semaine cela doit être différent. Plusieurs équipements de notre chambre était assez abimé (store des fenêtres, oreillers assez ancien...). Cela ne nous as pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour mais ce sont des améliorations à prévoir.

El desayuno está bastante bien, pero no es bufet, es desayuno normal. La nevera hace ruido un poco molesto por la noche. Los colchones se hundian un poco. Pero en general, muy bien, el personal muy amable..es un hotelito con encanto. Gracias!
