The rooms : the air conditionner did not work well the temperature was humid abd a good 24 degré , the beds unconfortable , the gym was not even a gym and no air conditionning , they make you pay for your chair on the beach , for the safe 15 euro , no parking only public parking , smell in the rooms , no dpace in the room ... total disaster this hotel

Such friendly staff!

Location location location! Who doesn’t want to stay in an hotel steps away from the beach. Breakfast and dinner package was the way to go. The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pros:1) great beach location with a Pier 2) Great pool super clean, 3) lots of outdoor chairs Cons: 1) no real designated smoking section, just outside main door people were smoking, 2) smelly lobby, 3) no reserved parking, we have to find a spot in a construction area or on the main road, it was a difficult situation, surprised for a non urban location not to have reserved parking spots for the guests, 4) the wait staff in main dining room were not really friendly and basically were not really catering for drinks for example, however the cooks were smiling.

This is my 4th time staying here! The staff are amazing. Everyone is friendly and they work tirelessly to provide an excellent service. The rooms are spacious as is the bathroom. Having a cycle shop and cycle garage next to the hotel is another benefit!

⸻ Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt – entspricht aus unserer Sicht keinem 4-Sterne-Standard Wir haben dieses Hotel als Familie (2 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) gebucht und aufgrund der Beschreibung einen angenehmen Aufenthalt erwartet. Leider entsprach unsere Erfahrung vor Ort überhaupt nicht den Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Schon bei der Ankunft fiel auf, dass der Zustand des Zimmers und der allgemeinen Anlage deutlich unter dem erwarteten Standard lag. Einige Geräte im Zimmer, insbesondere der Kühlschrank, waren nachts sehr laut und haben den Schlaf erheblich gestört. Besonders problematisch war jedoch der Umgangston im Hotel. Während unseres Aufenthalts kam es zu einer sehr unangenehmen Situation mit der Hotelleitung. Ich wurde wegen meiner Kleidung (Sportshorts) in einem sehr unfreundlichen und respektlosen Ton angesprochen – und das in Anwesenheit meiner schwangeren Frau und unserer zweijährigen Tochter. Für uns als Familie war diese Situation sehr belastend und völlig unangebracht. Der Vorfall hat dazu geführt, dass wir uns im Hotel nicht mehr willkommen gefühlt haben. Statt eines entspannten Familienurlaubs entstand dadurch eine sehr stressige Situation. Gerade weil meine Frau schwanger ist und wir mit einem kleinen Kind reisen, erwarten wir in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie einen respektvollen Umgang mit Gästen und ein professionelles Verhalten der Hotelleitung. Unser Eindruck ist daher leider, dass dieses Hotel eher einem durchschnittlichen 2-Sterne-Standard

The only thing that lets this hotel down is the dinner on an evening - vegetarians are left with salad or stodgy veg, no distinguishing main available and taste is very much towards German guests and each night was very much the same. We did have a problem with leaking air conditioning and was told at reception it was condensation I refused to accept this as normality as it had a safety issue when entering the room and pools of water on tiles made it dangerous underfoot, after 4 attempts over 30 hrs from maintenance it got resolved we did receive a credit back to the room when I asked due to the fault and the inability to sleep because of the dripping. The other room booked was fine with no issues and located next door. The proximity to the bus to Palma, beach access on the doorstep and a few places to have a drink is excellent One improvement the hotel could make is the step that leads to the beach the ones inside the hotel perimeters slope forward and have nothing to hold onto making it difficult for elderly guests or anyone with mobility problems Overall I would stay here again but only on B&B so there is a change up in food options.

Welcoming on Arrival Room was immaculate, very clean only problem was we’re room was situated at back of hotel was fine but when staying again would ask for pool view but beautiful hotel ideal on beach

Excellent hotel with best position on the best beach in Mallorca. Fourth visit and will definitely return. Last visited in 2022, would say that hotel is better in almost every area. Dining room is cooler, aircon in rooms better, food better, and staff at reception, restaurant and cleaning couldn’t have been more helpful. New sunbeds on the perfect lawn with pine trees in front of the hotel that leads down about 3 steps to the wonderful Playa de Muro beach. Booked bed and breakfast but paid the €20 each for the evening meal on five occasions which was great value. The freshly cooked fish was particularly good and there is an excellent steakhouse just across the road which we visited a couple of times. If I was to make one recommendation for improvement (and this is probably more personal coming from Northern Ireland) it would be that the buffet could include more vegetable and potato options that weren’t cooked or served in oil. I think oil is just normal with most hotels in Mallorca - but the first time I came to Hotel Los Principes every night there was available boiled and peeled parsley potatoes which made it like a home from home. Nevertheless the homemade chips were perfect and the vegetables were plentiful and delicious along with a vast range of salads. I am certain that if I had mentioned the parsley potatoes the hotel would have provided these - but not being a half board guest I felt mentioning would have been inappropriate. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Family holidays . The hotel has a good location. I liked especially inter pool, big enough with water spoiuts and many mini jets in water. Super food for breakfats and the dinner.

Although dated, the property is quiet and incredibly well maintained. The common areas are comfortable annd clean. Access to a great beach is just outside the gate. The staff are very friendly and able to communicate in multiple languages. The dining options are plentiful and better quality than equivalent properties in its class. The property also has a great location that makes it very easy to navigate using public transportation (all while being able to catch a seat). My partner and I would both do again and recommend.

Our second time staying at this hotel. It is truly remarkable! The staff are beyond doubt amazing! The rooms are spotless and modern. Evening entertainment is of a high standard and there is a Heurzeler cycle rental shop next to the hotel.

Terrible! Very rude front desk staff especially female staffers who visibly enjoyed upsetting guests. Hotel manager is very arrogant and rude man as well and should not be in supervisory position. We reserved room with living room, sea view and requested high floor. When we arrived we were given accommodation outside of main building with very steep stairs without rails which is not safe for anybody. My wife has difficulty climbing stairs due to balance issues and needs to use elevator. When we made a reservation it was not clear that accommodation we reserved will be outside of main building. After very prolong exchange with front desk staff we finally got room on the 2nd floor of the main building facing parking lot. We paid a lot of money for a sea view, so next day we inquired if we can get sea view room. The front desk female staffer told us that we are “lucky” that we got parking lot view room and this is the best they can do for us. No apogees or discount offered instead they told us that we can go to different hotel if we are not happy. Additionally, hotel is very dated, there is a terrible smell in the lobby, the breakfast was awful. There is no parking that belongs to the hotel just a street parking. The A/C in the room was not working well, beds were hard and uncomfortable. The door between bedroom and living room was difficult to open. We absolutely agree with other reviews. This is not 4* star hotel and not 4* service. Not even 1*. Very bad experience!

This is a little gem of a hotel set in the most amazing area in Playa de Muro. Everything about this place is easy. Right on the amazing beach with everything you need in a short walk. We stayed in an apartment which had everything we needed for self catering which we loved. Would highly recommend for families looking for a chilled holiday with no rules

Overall a nice and well placed hotel. The balcony was really nice as was the shower and bed. The buffet breakfast and dinner was really good with a nice choice of options. The dessert cakes weren't that great but the choice of fruit and ice cream made up for it. It does lack even basic room services as we couldn't even get drinks to our room. The air conditioning was lacking as well.
