First in hostel stay, door lock is partially broken, room had strange smell, liked that room with bathroom and window! Staff helpful!

Fine for a 1day stay

Hostal entrance invisible from street as it occupies two floors of a multi occupation building, so you have to look on name tags on the door when you have located it. Facilities very basic and room small.

It’s 10 minutes walk to the Sagrada Familia. The hostal and room was just okay - no frills, nothing extra. Super simple

Excellent, Convenient & Affordable

Ithere was no elevator, but when I booked it, elevator was part on the details of property. No 24/7 in oerson service. No drop box for the room keys of the guest/s if to leave early, just like on our case. l We left too early to catxh up with our flight. So we left the keys in the room since nobody was in the office. My daughter and I got few bug bites.

We only spent one night there, but unfortunately it turned out to be quite noisy. This was our first night in Barcelona before heading to Sevilla. The staff were excellent and the room was clean, but the noise was a problem. Our room was located inside the building, and it seemed all the water pipes ran through this particular room walls. Each time someone upstairs used water or took a shower, we could clearly hear it rushing through the pipes, and it was very loud. I had trouble sleeping, though my kids weren’t bothered by it. I would still recommend this Hostal, but suggest requesting a room that isn’t on the inside of the building. Perhaps one facing the street might be better—though there could be traffic noise to consider as well.

Location was pretty centrand pretty safe. The staff was very helpful and friendly to talk to. It's located in a safe location and not far from the bus station and tourist bus stop

Arrived and realized only elevator broken, climbed up top 6th floor with luggages. Staff Ali very rude, told to pay remaining deposit in cash, and was told to go somewhere else or another hotel instead if the elevator broken & had to walk up stairs. No service, arrogant & has gut to ask more pmt in cash & city tax daily per person for . Just Ridiculous

Great spot great location

The room (a triple) was quite small, hardly enough room to open all our suitcases on the floor. The bathroom was large. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient.

The staff were such a help! Our room had a lovely view and it was clean. It’s not a fancy place but it was perfect for what we needed!

Old and quaint, but good value and friendly, helpful staff. The only disadvantage might be not having 24-hour desk, but that did not affect us. It was a good stay for two nights.

Terrible room size, bed size

Needs update but overall ok to stay in. No coffee machine at common area, lots of coffee shops in the area but it would have been nice. Elevator was a little sketchy but it worked. The staff was really nice, friendly and professional.

Nice place for the price

We had a room with private bathroom. It was exactly what we expected. Clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Location is perfect. Nearby Sagrada Familia and two Gaudi houses. Subway and busses few minutes away. Very nice staff. Overall good experience.

Walkable to the center. Comfortable stay with the free water dispenser which is very convenient.
