Very convenient location. Welcoming and helpful staff who can also speak English. The room was clean and spacious with great aircon. We were able to leave our bags with reception pre and post check-in for free which was really helpful as we arrived early and left late. Would definitely come back.

Bed for the dog is a very nice detail.

We had 3 rooms; we had to move people from room 504 into the other 2 rooms at midnight because the room had bed bugs. The front desk was informed, and they did nothing not even a refund

Un hotel en muy buena ubicacion. Su aspecto exterior le falta un poco de mantenimiento, eso al principio te asusta pero la habitacion estaba bien, el personal muy amigable y la ubicacion del hotel es perfecta para conocer a Gijon. El desayuno que ofrece me gusto, con un buen cafe, pan, jamon ,queso y huevo.

Small room, but that's Europe in general. The staff was very friendly and spoke a few words of English, which was helpful. Biggest thing was location. Right in the middle of everything and 1 block to the beach.

Bathroom was very poor. Shower leaked water on floor because the glass needed repair. Parking was too far from the hotel. Inconvenient. A wifi password was not provided at Check-in and wifi was very poor.

Good location, clean rooms, kind staff. What more could one ask for?

My room had a view towards the sea. That, of couse, is always nice. Unfortunately the room was tiny and I kept banging my head on the flat screen TV, just above the tiny desk.

Excellent value and conveniently located. Comfortable room. Staff were really friendly and an excellent breakfast.

Estuve una noche en el hotel con mi hija y tuvimos una experiencia muy positiva. La ubicación es excelente, lo que facilitó mucho nuestra estancia. El servicio fue increíble desde el primer momento. Llegamos a las 12h con la intención de dejar solo las maletas, pero para nuestra sorpresa, la habitación ya estaba disponible, lo cual agradecimos muchísimo. El desayuno era sencillo, pero estaba muy bueno y cumplió perfectamente con nuestras expectativas. Sin duda, lo recomendaría.
