Amazing stuff amazing location!

The property was just fine but we had to walk blocks to reach it because the city was in the middle of a festival. Would we had know, we would have booked somewhere else. Please advice your people.

I had made a reservation for two rooms with balcony months in advance. When we got to the hotel one room was not ready we left all the luggage in the first room that was ready and left the hotel to visit the beautiful city. We came back at night and checked in when we got to the room the balcony was used to storage air conditioning units which it made it unsafe and we were not able to use the balcony at all. We had purchased a bottle of wine to enjoy in the balcony this was a big disappointment not only it was an unsafe structure it was dark no lights and no balcony to use it’s for storage only. I feel it is very disrespectful and when I placed the complaint the next morning I was told it was too late to make new accommodations.

The only downside is only one elevator is working.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The hotel staff are so friendly and welcoming especially Carlos who helped us with our needs. He recommended the best paella restaurant in Valencia for my birthday lunch and we definitely enjoyed that meal. The location is also in the very center of the city so everything is pretty close by and lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was pretty good even though it was the same selection everyday there’s a few choices to choose from so it’s was good. We had the standard room and it was pretty good size. We definitely enjoyed our stay in the Venecia Hotel.

Center of everything in Valencia. But the receptionists were not hospitable and enjoy watching the guests with the "look", inconvenient for us.

A great choice for center city convenience. Professional and attentive staff. Our second visit and not our last!

Great location and atmosphere!

The hotel was beautiful, from the outside, the reception until the rooms, the room.we got was lovely, spacious, and we got partial viwe from the plaza with a little balcony. The hotel is located in the plaza del ayuntamiento wich is so close to everything, food ,shopping, tourist places, 😀 we have a little issue with the Air cond, however Carlos was so happy to sort the things out, we were given a fan and he was happy to offered us a change of room if we weren't happy, he was so helpful that makes a difference in the stuff, but to be honest the rest of the stuff was very nice also! Always with a big smile on their face! Which i think is the best thing that u can find when u arrived in a place ! Happy to recommend the hotel to friends and family! Lovely stay! Thank you to all the staff

I love their service, very friendly! Rooms are clean, beds are super comfortable! Very walkable to restaurants and shops.
