OK value for money in August in Menton, clean and bed is comfortable. Otherwise Wifi is not working well and room is nothing special, small and rather old. A/C is working.

Comfortable bed, nice room and nice patio to have coffee and breakfast. A little too far from Old Town Menton for me. Staff was nice. Could not find Gluten free food nearby which was a problem for me.

Everything was good the “self park” was on the street. If you wanted to use their garage car park that was an extra 15€ per night.

Aircon off at night, just a duvet in the bed, no option to cover with a sheet. Just boiled all night long, and no soundproof at all, you can hear everything happening in someone elses room. Had to pay city tax again cause the lady says whats in the receipt is vat

Friendly staff at the hotel, good amenities in the room and very close to the bus station, train station, beach, and gorgeous French bakeries and restaurants.

Nice hotel on the main road through Menton 10 minutes walk from the sea and some fabulous restaurants and the lovely Old Town. Easy to reach the Monte Carlo Masters at Cap Martin Roquebrune, and to visit Nice city on the train. Charming desk staff and comfortable room, only thing we would have appreciated was air conditioning as cooling off with the balcony doors open was a little noisy.

Disapointed that some of the staff did not attempt to understand English, or even my bad French such as "lait" when asking for milk.

Nice time in Menton. Hotel was pleasant. Possibly not a good choice for those who do not have a level of basic French.

Very nice hotel,helpful staff,with good English.The elevator didn't work,but except of that all was fine.Close to the train station,town center,beach and local supermarket.

The room was small but the beds were comfy and the staff was helpful even with language barrier. I haven't learned French yet. Breakfast was good.

The room was small, but clean with air conditioner. Breakfast is an extra charge per morning, so we opted out. Only real downside of the hotel was the wifi. Because we are from out of the country and didn't want to use our expensive international plans, we were depending on wifi to book tickets and communicate with people back home. It was a real bummer to discover that the wifi at this hotel rarely worked, and when it did it was sometimes only connected for as little as 30 seconds at a time.

Another wonderful picturesque coastal town less touristy so the price was good but still relatively close to Monaco. Parking is a couple of blocks away at 11 Euros a night so if you're squeamish about late night walking back to the hotel this isn't the deal for you.

This was my first experience of arriving at a hotel to the news the reservation had been cancelled and the room given to someone else. The best they could do was to try finding another hotel at midnight.
