Friendly, helpful staff; Excellent breakfast buffet, and lunch/dinner menus. Easy bus ride to town center, or 45-minute walk. We did both.

Needed a hotel before heading North for a wedding, it had everything we needed and the staff were excellent. We had a meal and a few drinks, we stayed in the better rooms on the top floor which gave us a great view over the river.

Great hotel. It was farther from the train station than we thought and the area around the hotel was a bit run down

The staff friendly.location a bit dodgy. Basically a freeway off ramp. Nothing around. You have to walk to the train station and keep going to get to a decent area. However if you are driving and hitting the road , this spot is hood. Lots of parking Snd road access. Very basic accommodation

Was one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at in France. Was very surprised at how spacious the room was and the modern style and decore.

It was as a very busy time because of the Ande Rieu concert. The receptionist had been thoughtful in saving us the last parking space. Thankyou do much .

Week end concert pour Indochine, nous sommes arrivés en voiture, nous confirmant bien qu'il y aurait de la place, nous sommes malheureusement arrivés sans place pour pouvoir se garer. Seul petit bémol, sinon l'hôtel et le service est irréprochable, très bonne literie, chambre moderne, petit déjeuner copieux pour notre part et service très gentil. Merci.

Le personnel est le point fort de l'hôtel (accueillant, disponible, sympa, professionnel). Oreiller et lit vieillissant. Chambre mal isolée (humidité sur les fenêtres, difficulté à chauffer la chambre uniformément). Bruyant si c'est côté route (Garonne). Emplacement très bien à condition d'avoir un vélo ou une voiture.

Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Chambre très agréable. Nous reviendrons.

cadre porte salle de bain mauvais état. 2 ampoules non changées. Petit fuit porte de douche. Lit un peu petit pour un ibis Par contre, restaurant top, et 10 minutes en pied du arkea arene

Très bon accueil et j’ai particulièrement apprécié le petit-déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre.

Très bon séjour avec un très bon petit déjeuner. La seule chose qui m’a dérangé est l’odeur des canalisations venant de la salle de bain. L’hôtel propose des dîners à la carte.

Chambre propre mais vraiment insonorisée !!

Je suis allée voir ma mere hospitalisée à la nouvelle clinique des tondus. Pont Simone Veil a traversé. Facilité d'accès. Je recommande cet établissement.

Personnel chaleureux. Chambre lumineuse et confortable. Mon séjour c'est très bien passé.

Hôtel au calme et place de stationnement facile, en étant en accès rapide au centre ville de Bordeaux
