Incredibly helpful staff with a large group booking, who made it easy to ensure everyone had an enjoyable stay. We didn't get the chance to enjoy all the benefits of the hotel, but would certainly return.

Great stay, superb staff at the hotel, good parking space

After a long day we got a lovely, friendly welcome. Even though the hotel didn’t have a restaurant we had a great meal and wine with a relaxed atmosphere.

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. When I asked if there might be a hiking trail nearby, the woman who was working that afternoon got out a detailed map and showed me multiple wonderful places to go right from the doorstep of the hotel. More significantly, the wonderful man who was setting up the breakfast on the day we departed was extremely responsive and kind when he understood that I had locked myself out of our room. Even though it was absolutely not his responsibility (because the front desk was not yet open, and he was just doing breakfast), he immediately helped me. Someone else on the staff set up taxis to take my husband and son to the airport. Everyone was friendly and made us feel very welcome. The bedding and towels were bright white and nice. We slept with the windows open every night and it was lovely and so peaceful - no traffic or other noise, despite how it looks on the map (because the highway nearby is actually underground at that point). The restaurant right next door is innovative and has good food and nice service as well. The setting is unbeatable - just absolutely stunningly gorgeous. A 10-20 minute walk uphill brings you to sweeping views of Geneva, Lake Geneva, and the Alps. Thank you for hosting us!

It was very quiet considering it is on a busy road. There are a few lovely walks nearby, which was nice after a long day of driving. The restaurant nearby was closed and all the hotel offered was a charcuterie board so that was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was offered for 13 euros, which seemed on the expensive side. I skipped it. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, especially with information about how to get the Swiss vignette that's required for driving on Swiss highways.

Great location for visiting the area, plenty of free parking, hotel had air cond, which was needed as it was warm. Nice pool, breakfast good, friendly staff, would stay again

There was a mix up, my fault, with the first night. A delightful young women helped us find another place AND sold two desperate, tired American Seniors a bottle of wine to take with us. We returned the next night to a beautifully clean and relaxing room? Would go back and hope to stay longer.

Easy to find the hotel, very friendly staff. We've got dinner recommendation that was very good. Hotel has everything you need for comfort stay.

Lovely restaurant next door. Nice views. Quiet village

We found the staff in the hotel to be lovely and the breakfast to be lovely, however whilst the room was adequate for four people it was quite cosy. The room had a fan which we put on a chair infront of the window to encourage some air into the room as it was incredibly hot - really could have done with an air conditioning unit (appreciate that this season has been very hot!) The best bit was the Michelin star restaurant that is right next door to the hotel, food was lovely and really appreciated after a very long day on the road, would stay at the hotel again for the restaurant!

Public Transportation not particularly convenient but aside, very nice place

Im sorry for mistaking the hotel with a different one. The INTER-HOTEL is a great hotel I would recommend for anyone. The room was clean and the service we got was exceptional. we actually got a personal explanation and tour from our host :) thank you once again!
