I had an issue with shower. Right away someone came to assist and offered to charge room. It was not a big issue but it was taking care of immediately. Good recommendation on the Gaston restaurant suggested by the hotel feont desk. Nice place

We stayed here before but now it’s a Mecure it has really improved. A full remodelling has been done and it’s a great job! Lovely room with great bathroom. Plenty of sockets and tea/coffee making facilities. We took the breakfast in a great bright dining area. Food was good a plenty of options. Hotel is right on the front and is a five minute walk from station. Highly recommended.

Good price for the type of hotel. The decor was renewed and pleasing. Very central.did Walmart we needed and wanted.

The room was great and the staff were so so helpful and accommodating. The downside to this hotel was the ongoing construction, started at around 9am and continued going on until around 5 or 6pm some evenings, so expect intermittent power tools during the day. It seemed to me that the hotel was being completely renovated which is great in the long term as my room was perfect, just watch out for the noise in the near future especially if you plan to work during the day.

Great location with easy big parking area nearby. Staff very helpful and although the hotel is a little dated the rooms are good.

Lovely hotel on the waterfront in Saint Raphael. Everything was clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had a very nice two-night stay here. We highly recommend this hotel.

We had an excellent vacation stay at the Continental Hotel. Very friendly and considerate staff, spacious and clean room and unbeatable location - right across the street from the sea, and in the middle of everything. Multiple dining options around including the on-site breakfast, and excellent shopping. Because of it's location it may be a bit noisy outside of the hotel at night, but we liked the vibe coming with it. Great place for vacation in Saint Raphael. It is also pet friendly. We loved this hotel, and we'll be back.

Staff was friendly, on site parking is a bonus for ocean front hotels this region. Room was very large though outdated and could have used some maintenance, likely as a result of being closed during covid. The main issue was the leaking toilet. For me the real bonus was the room size

The hotel is in a great location. Close to the beach, restaurants, and the train station. I plan to stay in the hotel again in September, but will request not to be in room 45 as it is quite noisy and there is a light that shines from the street through the bathroom all night. Due to Covid 19 breakfast is served in the room at this time.

We were only there for 1 nt, but it was very nice, great location, staff was great, very helpful. The room was good, comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

The ocean view room was very nice. It was clean and had nice amenities and great view. The only thing I didn’t like is check out time at 11 am instead of 12 pm like most hotels. Most staff were very nice, but one.

Excellent location close to restaurants, beach and shopping. Secure underground car park a bonus. Room was clean and large. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel having stayed along the road in s different hotel for previous years. I always have my breakfast outside watching the world go buy- excellent service and very affordable. At the end of the day I have always enjoyed a glass of two of rose wine outside , even when I stayed at the other hotel. Again the service is excellent. In truth I don’t use any other facilities but room is cleaned every day with new towels. Can’t fault it & will continue to stay there in future

Excellent service from staff at all times. Room was very comfortable. Shower and bath was good and very welcome after a day on the beach. We all had excellent sleeps in the large double bed and bunk beds.
