Very nice all the things cleaning best services I really appreciate it

An excellent 1 night stay for a pit stop on our way to the Netherlands. The bed was super comfy, the room clean and shower good. We didn't have any of the breakfast or interact with many staff. Very quiet too.

We stayed here just for a night before our flight back to USA. Its expensive for the quality of the property but ok for a goodnight sleep.

Clean and hot water so fine. Everything was closed so I got two packets of potato chips, a small bottle of wine from the reception and it was nearly more than the room.

The stay itself was great, comfy clean bed etc hot water lovely shower. Only downside is the walls are very thin and I got woken up by someone else alarm and some building works in one of the other rooms

Very convenient location for road trip via Wavre. Hotel was quiet and comfortable during a weekend visit.

Arrived late at night to a warm welcome so didn’t have dinner, and unfortunately left early in the morning so didn’t have breakfast. The room was comfortable and my request fro a quiet room was met . The guy on night reception Vivian I think, was absolutely lovely , really helpful an welcoming. There was good parking, and although in an industrial area it was reasonably quiet. I slept well on the matress and the pillows were just right for me ( I know it’s a matter of personal taste) water was hot for my morning shower. Definitely will be back

Nice, clean and comfy

I have used this hotel a few time because of work and with only being 5 mins drive the only thing with this hotel there is no lunch or dinner so you other order food in or go to local town for food which is a shame .after a long days work you last thing you need to do is cook

The TV in my room did not work nor did the kettle / jug. The person at reception tried to fix the TV without success but did not offer to switch me to another room. When I checked-out the next morning, the woman at reception abused me as if it was my fault that the TV and kettle / jug didnt work and that I hadnt been offered another room. Very poor customer service from a well-known hotel chain. I think the website also states that the restaurant is closed over the weekend but the hotel is located in an industrial area with no restaurants close-by.

Decent stay with reasonable value for money.

The beds were dusty and the hallways smelled really bad. Mosquitoes in the room biting you all night and buzzing around in your ear.

Very comfortable and practical. Very well located.

Breakfast was horrorbly. Room was okay. No differences between normal and superial room. Staffel told me Hotel was fully booked but we were nearly alone.
