We thought the units were out of the city but they are very well located. Excellent to make as your base to see the surrounding towns Paula is excellent. Stayed till 8.00 pm as a special case to check us in and was very resourceful with ideas and maps etc.

This is a modern inn with great views and amenities. We had a great room with a fantastic view from the terrace. Paola was a gracious, helpful, wonderful host that made our stay even better. I would heartily recommend staying at Fullino Nero for your visit to Siena.

I enjoyed the peacefulness surrounding the property, the views were beautiful and it has a lovely patio area to be able to enjoy it all.

Nice and quiet place to enjoy the countryside. Accessibility may be limited if you are not planning to drive. Will need to take a cab or take a long bus ride from Siena train station.

Fullino Nero is a property with renovated, fully furnished apartments in a former farm at Tuscany, very close to the Siena residential area. The apartments are comfortable, with plenty of natural light and amazing views of the Siena/Tuscany landscape. There is even an in house laundry facility that was very accommodating for us. There are some patio furniture under a beautiful olive tree, where you can enjoy a romantic dinner or snack and some vino while watching the sunset. Paola, was a gracious hostess. The property is very close to a very nice pizzeria (Sclavi) and small but very nice supermarket. The only tricky part was how to get there, be aware that gps will get confused and send you nowhere. Probably the easiest way to get there is getting to the Pizzeria and get directions from there from Paola.

Beautiful grounds, beautiful apartment, immaculate and clean, large beds, great AC, incredibly helpful and responsive owner and staff. An incredible, incredible gem of a place. If we return to Siena we will stay here again, and stay longer. Bravissimo!

We are on a two-week vacation to Italy. The best hotel stay experience is at Fullino Nero. The hotel is conveniently situated outside of Siena, surrounded by olive trees and endless Tuscan country scenes. I was woken up in the morning hearing the birds and chickens chirping away. The owners/managers are very friendly and helpful. They answered all my queries and provided as much help to make the stay comfortable. I did my only laundry as well! I definitely recommend staying there. And I will be back too, for a longer stay next time!

Great location for touring Siena and Tuscany wine country, location is on outskirts of city but feels like country. Rooms can vary in layout. Most are spacious but one has a strange 3 floor layout. Owners warm and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchenette in room but need to drive to restaurants. Car necessary.

We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and were seeking a relaxed visit of key spots in Tuscany. Fullino nero is a short distance outside of Siena and close to key highway arteries. Still Fullino nero is quiet and relaxing. Their web site photos are accurate. Our suite had a kitchen and spacious bath and limited laundry facilities. We had some difficulty finding Fullino nero but we did not have GPS available (our fault).
