Great location next to the town square (though can be noisy if you have a room at the front). Two min walk to the train station (which is where you also pick up the ski bus). Spa is very impressive. Junior suite spacious and comfortable. Some staff were friendly and very good, others seemed a little more disinterested. Food was pretty good for dinner and breakfast. All in all, liked the hotel and would stay again.

The location, staff (especially Abigail), breakfast and room was outstanding…definitely will return! thanks ABIGAIL!!! The Sauna was superb, especially the infra red room…the hot tub was tooo chilly for me..i would have loved a hotter Hot tub…lounge areas were very nice!!!

This is an excellent hotel. It is well positioned in the centre of Seefeld and it has excellent spa facilities although me and my wife being very reserved English nationals found it a shock and very humiliating to be told by a member of staff whilst in a crowded sauna that wearing swimwear was not allowed and only total nudity was permitted. We appreciate that rules are rules but that was not a requirement we had been made aware of prior to booking and for a couple who have also undergone quite disfiguring surgery, it was a major embarrassment and disappointment. That said the staff were all very friendly, professional and helpful and despite the aforementioned problem we had a wonderfully relaxing stay in a very beautiful Austrian town.

The Spa was amazing and the staff were very attentive and caring. The rooms are quite old fashioned and could do with updating.

Had a nice time. Parking was paid by the hotel. The spa area is new but the rooms are a bit old.

The hotel was difficult to find as the area is under construction preparing for the 2019 games. Nobody was at reception upon arrival, and it took about ten minutes to find someone. The staff were more then helpful and always were professional. The room had an odour, and did not look like the picture. The room was cleaned daily by wY if making the beds and changing the towels. The floor was not cleaned. The spa was wonderful and very clean. Unfortunately it does not open very early and closes by eight. Longer hours would be better. The food was adequate, portions were small and not much flavour. Additional costs were incurred for flat water and coffees. I certainly understand charging for alcohol beverages and even sparkling water, but not flat or cappachino.

Don't think twice about booking this hotel. Everything was fabulous from checking in, to checking out. The rooms were large and very clean. The food was faultless breakfast, snacks at lunch and the dinners were 5 star. The spa area was superb, we had the pleasure of heavy snow so the views were stunning while laying in the Jacuzzi. Special mention to Danny and Diana on reception who were so friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel, friendly and accommodating staff. For dinner one evening, the set menu was adjusted to take into consideration my inability to eat ingredients in two courses. Our room was very nice and spacious. My only complaint is that activity in the town square (inebriated youths) were noisy on Saturday night through early morning. Would definitely stay thre again.

The breakfast and dinner buffet is excellent. The Wellness & Spa Area is stunning and brand new. Guessing/Regarding the fact, that we had the smallest/oldest rooms of the hotel, I think they were a little overpriced. The staff was very nice and friendly!

Nice family run hotel in the middle of Seefeld. Staff was wonderful and very friendly. They all made an effort to speak English. Stay at the hotel included half board, which was very convenient. Four course dinner and breakfast buffet. We really enjoyed the food . Only one small minus was the parking. The parking is free however the parking lot was full most of the time and you would have to drive around and wait for a spot to open up.
